Well-made wooden frame that fitted my picture perfectly. I had originally paid about a third of the price on Amazon but the frame turned up broken as it was very shoddily made, I found the Wallspace website and the frame was worth every penny. Will definitely not be buying any more cheap frames from Amazon and will go to Wallspace for future purchases.

Replacing the frame around a picture printed on perspex. Unsure of sizing I phoned the company which was very reassuring. Lovely service and the frame is excellent. Really solid and a great colour. The frame arrived the next day. Very happy with everything.

Initially, there was an issue with the delivery of the frame which was not the fault of the company. After an email conversation, a replacement was sent within the day.

Good quality frames and very fast delivery

I recently received my order of 10 picture frames and was generally pleased with the quality of the materials and craftsmanship.

However, the packaging left a lot to be desired. The cardboard box used for delivery was slightly shorter than the frames, meaning the top had to be forcibly wrapped over the protruding ends. This removed the usual cushioning effect of the box.

As a result, it appears that something heavy was placed on top of the parcel during transit, and the pressure was borne directly by the frames. A few of them arrived with minor corner dents and a little paint loss. It’s not severe enough to stop me from using them, but it was disappointing and took the shine off an otherwise good experience.

I also received an automated email asking if everything had arrived okay, to which I replied with the above information. Unfortunately, that message seems to have been ignored, as I haven’t had a response in over four working days.

The frame I had been waiting for arrived I already had read the reviews I thought no.. I will give them a chance! Well, opened the box no corner packageing on the corners and the frame arrived loose in the box damaged! so disappointed, I would like a refund. how do I get that? Why are there not any corners brackets on the frame to protect it?

I am an artist and have always struggled with finding good quality frames for my art. I like that these frames are wood and have glass which many don't.
