Quality control needs to be improved to check that items do not have too many faults before dispatch.

I waited five weeks for my shed to be delivered, only for it to arrive faulty. I reported the issues immediately, rejected the item, and requested a refund. Despite this, the faulty shed has been left sitting on my driveway for weeks while I wait for Waltons to arrange collection. Communication has been poor throughout. After submitting a formal complaint, I received a text saying the shed would be collected, only to be told that collection had been pushed back again. I am now expected to wait even longer for them to remove a product that was faulty on arrival. The whole situation has caused significant inconvenience. My driveway is being used as a storage area for a shed I cannot use, I'm unable to buy a replacement while waiting for my refund, and I have had to spend time chasing updates that should have been provided. Mistakes happen and faulty products can occur, but it's how a company deals with those issues that matters. Unfortunately, the service and complaints handling have been disappointing.

The Willow Way 11 we ordered arrived as scheduled. It was easy to erect and with the instruction and the individual component bags it was very simple to follow. The product itself was as described and was of excellent quality.
The customer service was very friendly and efficient.
I would highly recommend our purchase/company.

Great product - great communication and delivery. Any questions ask customer services they were superb! Great instructions really impressed by quality of the wood.

Good price for what it is. A little flimsy in parts. Online instructions are good. No parts missing. Only one diamond for roof broken I will fix. Delivered on time and professional.

The climbing frame we bought was basically a pile of cut timber and a bag of screws. I dontvreally know what we've paid for. The wood is not treated or painted, none of the holes are drilled and the instructions are difficult to follow. Makes IKEA look like engineering masterpieces.

Bad craftsman ship when installing.
Everything inbetween has been appalling. Would not recommend.

Delivery on time and date expected, delivery driver was very helpful while unloading to keep parts separate that I needed first to assemble cabin. Small issue with broken window hinge while assembling but replacement was sent next day. Very good service all round and would highly recommend

Very hard to make it

The final greenhouse combo looks great and is of decent quality but no thanks to the instructions that came with it . They are impossible to understand and the illustrations do not reflect the actual product . Continually had to improvise

Easy to assemble although instructions should be in larger print!

Product ordered almost two months ago at a cost of circa £1400.

2 x failed deliveries, missing parts which still haven’t been supplied to complete the build!

Repeated calls to customer service line haven’t solved the problem and no offer of any sort of compensation for the awful experience.

Wouldn’t buy from this company again.

First of all I would say that this is definitely not a project the average DIY person should attempt. I had to employ, at short notice, a local joiner to come and build the summer house once I realised how demanding this build was. Printed instructions are a must. The option to have the summer house built in 5 hours should definitely be encouraged.

For a summer house I would have expected the parts to fit together better. Lots of the wood did not fit close and we have ended up insulating the inside.

Apart from that the summer house is looking lovely, especially with the pink paint.

The delivery service was really good, as was the customer service.

Send out undamaged goods and then if they are damaged by replacing the damaged parts promply.Service was bad. Rather than wait any longer for a replacement panel I fixed the broken panel with timber from my old shed and for my efforts was offered £30 refund which as its saving a new panel being made painted and delivered I thought was pathetic.

Delivery eventually arrived on third day we were notified, Thursday, then Saturday and eventually arrived on the Monday..
Screws were poor, heads not very good so we replaced those, edges of climbing slat side were rough and could easily splinter if children held onto edges.
Instruction leaflets are good, although you do need to search around for various items as not packed in relevant sections.
Time wise it’s at least a good couple of weekends work
You need to have top class diy skills and tools, this is much more than simple flat pack!!
The various components , like swing furniture, slide, climbing ‘knobs’ , rope etc are all good quality.
Generally it is good quality and when it’s finished will give our grandchildren hours of fun, they are champing at the bit to be able to use it.
All in all much more work than we had envisaged but a good quality climbing frame.

This is a lovely climbing frame and overall I am happy with my purchase. However, we found assembling it much harder than we first expected. The instructions can be a little difficult to understand on certain pages.
This meant as the wholes are not pre-drilled we ended up making a couple of mistakes leaving empty wholes in some planks that now need filling. Also, the roof sheets are not pre cut and you have to measure and pre cut these yourself as well. Be aware if you are an amateur like ourselves this will take pretty much a whole day to build and be a bit stressful at times. Am I happy with it now it is built, yes, would I buy it again, no.
The delivery service was brilliant though friendly and helpful.

The product is good quality.
Plenty of extra components in case of damage.
Delivery on time.
One broken part (door hinge) - replaced by Waltons
promptly within a couple of days - great customer service
Easy to assemble

Suggestions for improvement:
Instructions not very clear and in very small print. This can be improved a lot! (Could not find detailed instruction videos on internet, despite a comprehensive search)(Instruction guide mentioned QR codes for links to videos, but no codes available in the manual)
Offloading of components at delivery could be less rushed.

Good product at a reasonable price. Would have give 5 stars if the felt for the roof was better quality, it is too thin and tears easily making handling it difficult.
