I have been renovating properties for many years and have had many experiences, both good and bad with different trades.
Warm sure heating appealed to be as they were fantastic from start to finish. I could take a step back and took advantage of taking the weight off my shoulders

Boiler was on its last legs with water pouring out in buckets. Adam was very helpful moving up the installation because I had no heating. Everything from our initial contact, to quoting to installation was very friendly, helpful and thorough. I had a need for some fast aftercare with the radiators (not caused by the installation) and they were very fast to help and sort the issues out! I recommend these people very highly!

Adam is a brilliant heating engineer that I would thoroughly recommend. Knows his job and is extremely experienced in the trade. He patiently explained everything giving one time to understand and picked up things that no other engineer had seen. Highly competitive in price, but quality of his workmanship is fantastic, he never cut corners but took pride in his work in ensuring everything was done correctly. Great bloke, great price, great quality work done for our full central heating system installation.

Excellent service, persevered with a difficult situation until the job was completed. Prompt, reliable, a good communicator and great value for money. Just what you need when your old boiler packs up and there's water pouring out everywhere! They made everything a lot easier and it was nice to just leave the two engineers to it to install the new boiler with minimum fuss. Fantastic

Quote was sent the same day and booked in when I wasn't at work. Being a nurse my hours are all over place but they worked around me.
I left them to it and came home with new radiators and a lovely thermostat. I was sent a detailed video of how to use the controls and then a follow up call a day later to see how I was getting on. I love the attention to detail and aftercare service which nowadays is lacking.

Jay and his team carried out an very impressive and stress free boiler install and full central heating system, he explained step by step the process and completed it in a strict time schedule due to my work and personal life demands, i am very pleased with his service that he has provided and 100% reccomend to people who want a trustworthy engineer who knows what he is doing.

I hired Warm Sure Heating after my boiler broke down a number of times. Had such a bad experience with my previous gas engineer who did a botch job of my boiler installation, and needed constant repairs. I was quite nervous about the whole thing but Jay was really friendly and explained the whole process to me. He went through my options, and I upgraded to a bigger Baxi. 3 days later I had it installed, start to end it was a smooth experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

The boys did a great job of cleaning up after themselves too.

I have taken it upon myself to write this review as I was told by Adam that several 'fake reviews' have been written about this company. I cannot fathom why someone would stoop so low to ruin a hard working teams efforts to bring excellent heating services to its customers.

I've had nothing but excellent customer service from beginning to end. I was hesitant at first to use this company due to bad experiences with other tradesmen but I wholeheartedly made the right decision. From the beginning I was informed as to how my new heating installation would take place and any questions I asked where answered honestly.

I have also recommended Adam to various friends and colleagues and none have a bad word to say. I will continue to use Adam and Warm Sure Heating

I had contacted Warm Sure Heating after hearing a recommendation off an family friend. After my first initial contact with them we arranged a site visit for them to come view the job intended. We needed several old radiators changed and a new boiler relocated to a different part of the house.

We knew the job would not be a simple task but the team carried out the installation without too much disturbance. Install was carried out at a very high standard with shiny pipework.

New column style radiators compliment the new paint and the house has been very warm.

Extremely pleased with the process and would highly recommend.

During a tough time during covid we hire this team to install our boiler. The install was carried out to the highest standard and we could not be happier. We had the boiler replaced but a week later all the radiators replaced also. House has never been warmer.

I normally do not bother with reviews but I was compelled too. I had initially contacted Jay after googling a new boiler installer. The whole experience from the beginning to the end was faultless and extremely professional. If you want the job done properly with the absolute best advice on what is actually required to heat the house then I would recommend these guys without hesitation.
