My landlord hired Warm Sure Heating to replace my boiler. I can honestly say that the guys let me know what was going on at all times, as a disabled person they worked around me & my needs. I would have no hesitation about recommending them. They are hard workers to the point that on a few occasions I had to remind them to have a lunch break. So pleased with their work. Superb service received from Jay and the team at the height of the corona vuirsu pandemic. Within less than 48 hours of contacting them they managed to install a new boiler for us. The service was outstanding. The engineer was very helpful and hard working at all times. From first contact with the company to getting our gas safe certificate once the boiler was installed and aftercare from Warm Sure Heating was extremely efficient, courteous and responsive. I could not fault the company in any way and was so thankful that they could help us so quickly in the challenging times. I would not hestitate to recommend them to others. Faultless service!

Jay installed a boiler for me last year and offered me a 1st year free service. I was sceptical at first if he would turn up but a week before the annual service was due Jay called me up and arranged a time with me and arrived to do the service. Honestly and truthfulness in a tradesman is hard to find but I'm glad Jay is one of those. Thank you.

I Contacted Jay from Warm Sure Heating regarding a central heating issue which I had, having small kids I couldn’t be without my heating. Jay was very professional and knowledgeable and provided a quick resolution to the problem. He worked efficiently and tidied up after himself.

Spoke to real gas engineer which was reassuring. He came over and measured the water flow to make sure I picked the correct boiler and not just any boiler. It's up and running and working amazing. Highly recommended.

Jay and the engineers were very thorough and efficient in carrying out the work, giving me the confidence that they were doing a good job. They kept me up to date with progress and gave realistic and honest timescales. All debris was cleared away without me asking during works and at job completion. There were no surprises- the price I was quoted was the price I paid AND the free annual service is a bonus. Overall very impressed with the quality of service, knowledge of products and overall delivery.
