Update after two months !!!! Stay away this company is a Fraud , they have a great website and very pleasant sign up process . Initial welcome is great and that’s when they keep persuading you for feedback hence the high rates on Trustpilot as soon as you have to use their service that’s when you realise the scam and their real face

As existing faults are not covered we could not carry out a repair and advised you about this accordingly. What a terrible service this company…
What a terrible service this company provides. Took 4 days to book a boiler service, then had to wait 9 hours in an empty unfurnished property for an engineer to fail to attend an appointment that could only be narrowed down to a 9 hour window with 30 minutes notice to attend. No comms from the engineer, had to chase both this company and their sub contractor myself to get any kind of useful information and was then informed an hour after the appointment window closed the engineer was not attending. Shocking service provision, have cancelled both my policies on the back of this performance avoid this company at all costs!!!!
