The negative reviews on here are within this 2 weeks?
All the negative reviews on here seem to have been within the last couple of weeks. I can now no longer log into my account. I have wrote to customer services basically stating this and I ordered my mum a bracelet on the 13th July. Its now the 21st. On the tracking information provided it says it was dispatched on the 14th but no further information.
Can this be chased please. I know I'm covered by paypal if I get no response or receive the item but it is quite an annoyance. But wondering if the site is having issues perhaps?

Great product and fast postage , it was a repeat order and the necklace had gone up £60 so I asked if I could have type of discount but they said no , so I was a little disappointed but they are a very reputable good company I would recommend
