I used Washos for a mobile detail and reported damage afterward: residue left on my driver’s seat belt and a black mark on my driver’s seat that was not there before the service.

The most frustrating part was not just the damage. It was how Washos handled it. I contacted them promptly, sent photos, and followed up multiple times. They acknowledged the issue, gave me a claim/ticket number, and repeatedly said they were coordinating with the technician to resolve it. At one point, they specifically wrote that they were arranging a repair appointment and that I would be contacted within 24 hours with appointment details. That never happened.

Instead, I was left chasing them for 5 weeks. I sent a full documented timeline, photos, and a final written request asking for either a confirmed repair appointment or reimbursement for evaluation/repair by a qualified interior/leather repair professional. I still did not receive a meaningful resolution. They offered a $50 Washos credit, but that does not fix physical damage to my vehicle or excuse repeated failure to follow through after written promises. My concern is not just that something went wrong during the service. Mistakes happen. My concern is that Washos acknowledged the issue, represented that they would resolve it, and then failed to follow through. I would caution anyone using this service to be very careful, especially if there is damage or any need for customer support afterward.

The quality of the car wash and the technician were excellent and efficient, making it easy to get my car washed while I was on a conference call…it couldn’t have been more convenient. The same-day service and results were absolutely amazing; I can’t get enough of it and it’s hands down the best thing that’s happened to my car!!

Beware!-Scheduled and confirmed a next day appointment. They called 30 minutes before appointment and said they had no detailer to do vehicle.
This after I had taken the day off from work for appointment. Customer service noted the website takes all request and then cancels the next day if no detailer is available. Odd way to run a business but I see other folks have had the same issue.
After exchanging conversations with customer service, they offered $5.00 off the next scheduled appt. 😳😳😳
I will not be giving them a call back.

The tech was on time and very friendly. I did have some streaks I noticed on my windows inside the car an outside after he had left, when I drove my car. I will need to clean the windows again bc there is a film on them. The outside of the car had residue as well. I did not notice them upon inspection. It was a bit disappointing given the cost of the service.

So so good! Very easy to schedule. The tech showed up early and was so good at his job. Excellent. Glad I became a member! We even added an extra car last minute and he was so helpful and glad to do it. Very happy with the service.
