Shopping for a Rolex is not easy. With Watch Chest I found a company I could trust and they were very helpful in finding the perfect watch for my wife. Chris and Cody were always responsive and prompt, great guys and company, will shop with them again.

This is the third watch I have purchased from Watch Chest. Chris and his team always provide exceptional premium inventory and a superior sales experience. They are always exceptionally professional and efficient. They are servicing my old watch now which was such an easy process to initiate and execute. I wouldn't recommend anyone else if you are in the market for a premium pre-owned watch or if you need repairs or service.

I just recieved my watch from Cody. He was the best price on my Rolex Oyster perpetual and the product was exactly as described. Price negotiation took less than 10 minutes via phone and wire instructions were clear and safe. One of the easiest purchases I have made for a watch and was shipped next day insured UPS to my door. I initially came across Watch Chest on eBay while searching for a Rolex Submariner reference number 14060M as a special gift to myself and as my first ever luxury watch purchase. I was specifically looking for a 2 liner, which was produced between 1999 to 2007 and I realized I'd need to get a pre-owned watch. Chris's posting on eBay had the watch in immaculate condition, I almost thought he used stock photos. However I soon realized the photos were real and reached out to Chris to inquire more details.

I had several questions for Chris as this is an incredibly large purchase for me. Chris was able to hop on a call with me and patiently answered all of my questions and walked me through the step by step process of purchasing the watch and how it will be handled and delivered. I really appreciated his recommendations as they were super helpful for a first time buyer.

Once the payment was completed, Cody helped follow up with me on shipping instructions and dealt with the logistical details very professionally and was able to get the watch delivered to me in arguable the best packaging I've ever seen in my life. With the package, they also gifted me a pen, a nice micro fiber cloth as well as the appraisal papers for insurance purposes.

I now understand why Chris & Cody have received so many incredibly positive feedback and so many 5 star reviews. They were both incredibly professional, knowledge and their passion for time pieces and what they do is easily apparent through dealing with them. I am incredibly happy with my purchase and I'd happily do businesses with them again as well as recommend them to my friends and family who are looking for that special time piece to purchase for any big occasion of mile stone in their life.
