I had been looking for a Datejust 36 for my wife for several months and decided to purchase from Cody at Watch Chest. The website is incredible and they had the exact watch we were looking for. Cody was extremely helpful and walked me through the purchasing process. The watch was received and even though it did not have the original box, the presentation with the Watch Chest box was beautiful and high quality. The watch is incredible and looks brand new. I spoke to Cody a couple of times during the process and he was always available and helpful. Would definitely purchase from them again.

When I notified them there was no hesitancy in honoring their guarantee. I was provided a shipping label and instructions immediately. The shipping was insured and simple. I knew this was the place to go for a beautiful watch because it’s my second one from Watch Chest. This time, we began this process on Thanksgiving day when I contacted Cody about this watch. He answered me on Thanksgiving day! Cody & Chris were so easy to work with, as I changed my mind on the dial half way through. Outstanding Experience!
Little backstory: 1995 I purchased a brand new Rolex Lady Datejust, jubilee bracelet, pyramid dial. I loved and cherished that Rolex until I decided to move overseas to a country where it was strongly recommended NOT to wear or even own expensive jewelry. So I sold my beloved Rolex. The aforementioned move didn't work out and I wanted my Rolex back. Unfortunately, that wasn't an option. So I did the next best thing. I reached out to the Watch Chest and they had the exact model of watch I originally owned, the exact year, dial face, bracelet...if I hadn't kept my old serial number, I would swear it was my original watch.
And talk about service! I dealt with Cody and he was phenomenal. He listens, which in today's world is often hard to find in customer service. He patiently answered all my questions. He didn't get frustrated when I got a little emotional over the entire experience and did exactly what he promised as far as delivery.
There was a little hiccup at the beginning getting the payment to them but only because of all the extra online security they have in place, which frankly made me feel even better about the transaction.
Now onto the Rolex...it is as beautiful as my original watch back in 1995! Both cosmetically and functionally, it is perfect. They even got the sizing correct.
Cost wise, I felt they were more than fair, and offer a generous warranty, especially for a watch that is 28 years old.
Finally, I didn't have my original Rolex box so I was fine that this particular Rolex came sans box. And frankly, when I saw the packaging my new Rolex came in, I was blown away. IMHO, it is way above the original Rolex box. So classy in both style and substance.
