Only sell to them if you want ripping off
Absolute pi$$ take. I was quoted £3,020 for my Omega watch. It is like new, has been worn less than 10 times and retails at over £14,000. Needless to say I didn’t accept the offer. Do yourself a favour and sell privately. I checked their website and they are selling watches 12 years younger than mine for over £4,000, in addition those watches are nowhere near the spec of mine. I understand they are in it to make a profit; however, they are taking the pi$$.

Rolex Purchase and Repair
Bought a Rolex sub and decided to use Watchfinder as a trusted supplier for peace of mind and they didn’t let me down. The purchase process was fantastic with options to view at their city boutique, and condition of watch was exactly as the described. Then I had a small issue with the watch and contacted them. There communication and response via Abi was first class, providing all information and packaging for return at no cost. All through the process I was kept up to speed by Abi, and the watch was repaired with no quibbles under Witchfinder's warranty and retuned fully covered. Terrible staff
Terrible staff, particular one male staff member. Purchased four watches from the Bluewater store and every time something has gone wrong with their watches. They won’t give you a refund, but offer to fix the issue and that’s a massive con. I had an issue with a Breitling not even 24 hours after purchasing it, NO refund was allowed, so they sent it off for repair, that came back normal according to them. Well, I send it to Breitling and there was two major issue with it. They’re a terrible company and the staff are trained liars, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere, never again with Watchfinder.

I’ve used WF for many yrs
I’ve used WF for many yrs. And always had no problem & reasonably offers. But the last two times were terrible and really lowballed on a watch that was serviced by omega (omega watch).Also purchased an aqua terra limited edition, there was a strap missing and the watch stopped working completely and had to go bk for a service despite WF informing my the watch was serviced only a few months previously . I definitely wouldn’t be recommending WF ever again. Terribly disappointing. Shame I couldn’t rate at minus one.

I recently sold two Omegas to Watchfinder and purchased a Rolex. My enquiry was dealt with very quickly, and I received very competitive offers for the Omegas. I delivered my Omegas and viewed the Rolex at their Mayfair Boutique. The final deal was agreed in a few days, and I collected the Rolex the following week. The whole process was very simple.
Agree a price, send your watch in the postage provided by Watchfinder (Tracked and paid for by them). On receipt of your watch (next day), they check it over, advise you of price (mine was the same as the initial quote) and I was paid out same day and cleared my account the next.
