Daylight robbery imo
Offering me 1/3 of the manufacturers £6000 RRP to buy my watch that’s less than a year old, but selling almost the same watch which is 4 year older on their website for double what they’ve offered me. This gives you an idea of the margins these people are working to! Buy and sell elsewhere would be my advice!

Great service from Watchfinder, poor from DHL
After initial contact I didn’t receive a reply therefore had to follow up. Was in contact with Alfie who was great at communication and keeping me up to date regarding the process. Speaking with him he was very helpful with guidance. DHL never collected my watch as scheduled but out of your hands therefore mailed this myself. Happy with watch inspection and offer which was accepted. DHL were to deliver the watch as scheduled however didn’t therefore had to call them to question their delivery. Wouldn’t recommend them as courier but Alfie and the team at Watchfinder were great! Thank you and love my new watch 💫

Issues easily resolved
Ordered my dream watch, it arrived and wasn’t quite what I was expecting but nothing I hoped couldn’t be sorted with a conversation. Spoke to Abi J in customer services and within minutes she had sorted the issues to my satisfaction and then followed up with an email confirming what we had discussed. Yes the issues were disappointing but it’s how Abi helped resolve this that makes me feel comfortable with giving this company 5 stars. Abi is a credit to the company.

Low offer, longer process than usual. £100 still missing
I received a rather low price on my watch, although there was an offer on my account for £100 more that I did not receive, I had to continually chase to get the cash due back to me. The process took far longer than it normally would. The offers seem to get worse after having used Watchfinder for a few sales.
I was however happy with the watch I received. I chased the fact the offer with £100 more was still live on my account and wanted the additional £100 but never received a response from Watchfinder.
