Always Satisfied
This is the 3rd or 4th wetsuit we’ve purchased from them. Everything is smooth when buying online and it shows up just as we want. Products have been top notch. As long as my kid keeps growing we’ll keep coming back for new wetsuits :)

Two different left hands and box in tattered
Wetsuits Glove contained different products.
Rip Curl left hand, XCEL left hand. The box is in tattered. It is impossible to use.
The refund was smooth, but the full purchase amount was not refunded.
Of course, I will bear the customs duty and return shipping fee. PayPal guaranteed the return shipping fee.

However, I received the product on February 22. next day I sent the return procedure and the requested image by email, shipd February 26.
You don't know that you contacted the person in charge more than 10 times in total during this time.
