Orders below 99€ are subject to paid shipping, however we do subsidise this to lower the cost to you, as it does cost us more than 7€ to get it to you. Trustworthy online shop with great deals and choice
It was my first experience with Watersports Outlet, but I was very happy and will for sure order again.
Everything was delivered in good quality right to my door in rather short time (given the Covid-19 delays). I ordered multiple wetsuits to chose, as I was not sure which thickness or brand etc. fits me best. The return via the provided collaborator (Rebound) went very smooth and everything was done within one week. Considering the prices I would have paid via regular shipment it was indeed cheaper (for a huge heavy package NL to GB I paid 12.05 EUR).

Awful Return Process
Their website says "60 Day Returns. Fast & Hassle Free." Well it's certainly not fast & YOU have to pay for the return shipping. It cost me $25 to send back my order, which was just a pair of wetsuit booties that shipped in a small box. Then I had to follow up with them about the return because they didn't process it. 5 days after my return arrived at their facility they still hadn't contacted me and when I messaged them they pretended to know nothing about receiving the return, even though I had tracking proof of delivery and they signed for it 5 days earlier. Total scam company. Will never use them again.
$25 for return shipping and having to hold their hand throughout the whole process is ridiculous and hardly "hassle free." Almost all websites give free return shipping on small items these days and this was just absurd. If you think you might return something you are buying from here you will want to avoid this trash company.
Plus they don't refund your initial shipping fee. So I was out $35 just in shipping, which is more than half the cost of what I bought.
Then, came on Trustpilot to write a review for them and they hid it away, claiming to not have the order # even though I sent it to them multiple times and they wouldn't respond to any messages.
Bad customer services, horrible return policy, sketchy business practices hiding a negative review. Stay away from Watersportsoutlet.

We are happy to address all customer concerns. In order to investigate your complaint, we requested your order ID which you did not provide. The email address you provided was not known to us so we could not investigate. The second email address you provided helped us find your order, however by this point Trustpilot had already taken steps to remove your review as per their T&Cs. Your review was ultimately removed for not providing a valid order ID, which may happen again if you fail to provide it. We never remove legitimate reviews, nor do we have the ability to do so.
Your return was processed and refunded in 3 business days once it was received at our US warehouse, which is within the 5 business days we state in our returns policy on our website.
Our returns policy clearly states customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless it is faulty.
We do not control the cost of return postage, however we do provide a local US address for our US customers to return unwanted items. Customers are free to choose their preferred courier.
