Great selection, great prices, great service!
Great selection of products relating to watersports. Ordered my 2nd wetsuit from them and it has always been a flawless purchase. From searching products to sizing and availability. When ordering it's very easy to process. Quick confirmation for your order and shortly after another confirmation, that your order has been send. Order tracking is precise, but executed by DHL. Usually delivery takes places between 3 to 6 working days. The wetsuit was perfect. A great fit and quality is excellent. Really highly recommended to shop here for your wetsuit, if you already know your measurements. But they also offer an included return slip, if sizing is incorrect or you don't like your product.

cumbersome webshop with good prices and lousy return policy
I thought i spotted a bargain when looking for a base layer: a Henri Lloyd Fast-Dri Zilver Mono Long Sleeve Top Marine Y30271. After it arrived it appeared it is not a base layer at all! It is a shirt to protect against the sun, more like a rash guard. This is not what I wanted to buy (I have plenty of those). I checked if I missed something, but after selecting Sailing -> Thermal Baselayer -> Henri Lloyds, I got redirected to the same product again. Return policy is very bad so not not worth to consider, as I have to pay both the shipment to here as the shipment back to the store. That was over 20 euro down the drain, with or without the shirt.
Overall: the webshop descriptions of the products are quite terrible. They are automatically translated. Please watersportsoutlet, switch off these translations, I have to check the English descriptions all the time as the Dutch ones make no sense half of the time and have to check the Dutch version for the prices and to get back to the products in my cart. Quite annoying if you want to learn something about the product you want to buy.
