Not overly impressed. Be warned about parking. When you pay for it, they don't register it and you end up getting a big fine from a company that sends letters out late and you miss the 14 day che... See more

Green Doesn't Mean Go When It's The Water Colour!!!

Visited during the summer hols. Overcrowded, filthy, quite simply an unbelievable experience! Overpriced food and drink, as expected, but you can forgive them that. How on earth that place has managed to stay open is beyond me! We won't be returning, and I suspect most visitors will not return, either! Very disappointing.

It's only got a one star review because some of the members of staff was helpful and polite. Otherwise it would of got a zero.

It's very overpriced for what you get. You don't get 3 hours in the pools or slides. Closer to 2 hours and 20 minutes max. The £2.50 charge per looker is daylight robbery. How can a family of four put their gear in a locker the size of a Sheet of A4
The pools was looked dirty and the colour water was green. Looked like the tiles had meldue on them. The staircases to the slides was very rusty and looked dangerous. The queueing system was chaos. No real leadership from anyone. The slides wasn't clearly marked allowing people to make an informed decision. I saw a young child get rescued by a lifeguard who clearly couldn't swim and had ventured onto the spacebowl slide which has a very deep pool at the bottom of it. Thankfully the lifeguard watching the pool was on it straight away and dived in to pull the child out safely.
It was basically kids watching over kids.
The changing rooms was cramped, they must of we about 800 people in the complex. Considering covid is still about, there was no chance of social distancing.
The car park, the disabled bays are far to small. You couldn't get out of your car into a wheelchair. It's like they have the spaces just to comply to the disabilities act.
I personally won't be taking my family back here again. Please don't waste your money. I won't mention the thuggish security guards

This is a honest review of a terrible place.

Waste of money! Avoid!

We have visited on 21st of August, have to say wasn’t impressed- overcrowded I don’t think is a good idea to let so many people during “pandemic” no space to park and for the car park you need to pay, half of the hair dryers don’t work, can’t even imagine having a shower there- disgusting.
You have to be lucky to find an empty locker or use a changing room.
Overall, will not return again feel like this place is way overpriced.

Don’t waste your time going

I took my family here which cost me £86 I got there at 4 as we walked in I couldn’t believe how many people they had let in you couldn’t move in the water.
I had my 11 month old with me after 15 min sitting on the edge I got out with her as I felt it wasn’t safe for her as people were nearly walked into her twice.
You have to book online but yet they are letting that many people in why…. it’s just about money with them I will never take my family there again don’t waste your money or time going there.

Waterworld stoke poor standard

The recent article were the owner mo chaudry blasts customers negative reviews as trolls is unprofessional and small minded. I attended 2 weeks ago and it was:
- over crowded yet he alleges its reduced capacity
- dirty with bits in the water objects got stuck between my toes that was the last straw. I left at that point
- floor by pool dirty with either hair, soggy white substances and grime
- changing areas allow no spaces as u are squashed between the locker and changing rooms
- toilets absolutely smelt more of a drainage smell and not clean, requires cleaning hourly to every 30mins
- the pool water looked an odd color
- no order in pool the smaller kids area where you can walk on the green floats previously it was 1 at a time but in this session the life guard allowed everyone to climb as they pleased to push and play with floats, no order and looked chaotic and over crowded.
- queue to lazy river due to overcrowding
- we left after 1.5hrs during the 3hr session because of above.
- I didn't want to walk around bare foot.

Coventry wave was of a higher standard with safety, cleanliness, orderly and clear water. I could walk bare foot. Mo Chaudhry needs to take note of comments to fix the issues. I wont be returning.

Filthy swamp

I would not recommend waterworld. Absolutely filthy! The water is green and the tiles are covered in brown filth. I walked straight back out after seeing the state of the pool I could not let my toddlers play in what could only be described as a swamp. The manager was no where to be seen when I made a complaint and it was not dealt with well. I will never return and would urge others not to bother. Splash landings is much better and cleaner.

Conned by Waterworld and Living Social

Bought a Living Social voucher for Adult and Child (actually bought 5 of them). When we arrived we were told that the children over 1.1m had to pay £3 extra because they were not classed as children. Most 5/6 year olds are 1.1m or above. The voucher should have been sold as "Adult and Toddler". Complete con. They also charged £1.50 for lockers - you get 50p back but have to pay £1. So don't expect this to be a cheap day out. Management were very unhelpful and didn't budge and inch.
