I finished a night shift to arrive to a car with a deflated OSF tyre in the car park. after limping to Watling tyres in Ashford, they sorted out the nail that was embedded in my nice new tyre. they plugged the hole within 20 minutes and charged 30 pounds. 5 of that was a wheel balancing. I didn't have an appointment but because they were not busy, they were able to tend to me asap. Brilliant. professional and the guy who took care of my car, was very good. i highly recommend.

Fantastic. Could not ate highly enough. These people care about service! Quick, efficient and good price. If lived locally I would not go anywhere else! (had a puncture on M25 and AA patrol recommended)

I had taken my car to National Tyres the day before for a tyre puncture repair, and left it with them for over three hours. At the end of the time I picked up the car and they stated that they could not find the puncture; so I had spent £25 and wasted my time for no result.

The next morning I woke up to a complete deflated tyre (of course) and was recommended to go to Watling Tyres in Redhill. The customer service there was excellent, with a friendly team (thanks Paul!), who fixed the puncture while I waited. Would happily recommend to anyone.

As ever John the tyre whizz managed to sort my Vespa got a split from our famous pot holes, had to ride it flat.. John sorted it within no time!! I cannot express enough what a great service you get from cars and bikes always does the job 👍thanks John watling tyres Gillingham

Great service from Steve and Vern. Polite, friendly and sorted my slow puncture out without a wait. Highly recommended.

Helpful but dissatisfied with price. Thought I had slow puncture, they checked and nothing was wrong. They took tyre off, cleaned it and put it back on. £30!!

When to have a tyre changed, 2 days later tyre pressure light on dashboard. When back to garage - could not find anything wrong. Drove away with tyre light still on, apparently will go off in 5 mins, never did. Checked tyre pressure myself as was worried, pressure on that tyre was 38psi, all other tyres were 29psi. Now need to get checked again, obviously not at Watling Tyres

Went in on short notice for Mot once again excellent service from the Gillingham branch 5 stars.

First class service here. I needed a tyre for my scooter within 2 days as I had a slow puncture and was going on a road trip to Holland. They ordered the tyre on the monday, it arrived tuesday afternoon, I went over at 8am on the Wednesday and after less than an hour, it was all done. They even replaced and tightened some loose bolts they found. And to top it all, they found my torch, which I'd lost about a year ago. It fell out from under the panel when they took the exhaust off!!
Great service and great people. Will definitely 100% use again.

Called in due to car reporting low tyre pressure in one tyre. They checked us in immediately and young Cameron saw to our problem and fixed it. Polite, efficient and knowledgeable, he repaired our puncture in no time. We’ve used Watling Tyres in Gravesend in the past for all tyre issues and were pleased to discover that the Canterbury branch offered the same good standard of customer care.

Watlingtyres Redhill. I was having a problem with a tyre losing pressure and was worried about driving 245 miles back to Cornwall from Surrey. This very efficient service had my tyres sorted out immediately with a very special man who gave me back my confidence about the drive home.
He was very friendly and did not make feel like a stupid woman which often happens in similar circumstances. Thank you SO much

Got a nail in my tyre, thought I would need it replaced, Watling Tyres Northfleet repaired for £25 !!!!
Customer service was fantastic from my phone calls, the guy who repaired and the guys in reception area, many thanks.

When I went to pick up my car was told a much larger price than I was quoted. I said it was wrong so they then immediately quoted £55 less with no explanation as to why they had asked for £55 more a few minutes earlier.

The staff at the Ashford branch went above and beyond when my wheel was cracked and the tyre shredded on driving into one of KCC Highways new paddling pools.

They, very kindly, arranged for a weld to the wheel and then fitted the new tyre.

The ginger haired fella is a liar and also the owner of Watkins’s tyres son!!…. And Colin the manager has to muck up his mess! I purchased a tyre as I had a nail, ginge promised he could get the tyre required and would be in the same day between 2:30/3:30… right up til 4pm I would promised it would be in, I asked them to call the delivery company as it was snowing and then was informed it wasnt coming til the next day. I then had to take half day off work, I called at 10am and was told by Colin it was arriving in the next 20mins and it did.

I went, only for my car to limit my speed to 50MPH due to tyre pressure. At the time I’m on the A2 trying to do 70MPH!

The tyre was overinflated!!!

I managed to get home only for my husband who had Covid and rough as anything to check the tyre pressure who then noticed it was the wrong tyre fitted!!!

I shouldn’t have to Check the tyres as the trust is in their hands! Lol

I called back to inform them of the wrong tyre and what happened to car,the call was taken by ginge only for ginge to say “no that don’t happen to cars and passed me over to Colin.

Colin apologised and ordered the correct tyre for the next day… another time of work required.

My husband then called Back to make sure It was definitely the right tyre being ordered and assured him it was, then Colin proceeded to tell my husband as I was desperate for a Tyre ginge ordered the next best thing, as they couldn’t guarantee my tyre would come. You can’t do that to Land Rover 4x4 they all have to match!!!

If I was told they couldn’t get it I would have gone else… so to lie is not on!!!

Worth his weight in gold, lovely fella, got right on to change it.

James was the man who provided all my sizes to ginge on the Monday and was annoyed it was ordered wrong.

Colin came Out and apologised on the situation, I also questioned why I was over charged and would I be reimbursed the over charged to be told no… they are Losing £180 on the incorrect tyre.

It’s disgusting, I trusted them for the service…. If you go there double check everything and avoid ginge as much as possible!

Canterbury branch always friendly helpful and accommodating, will always come here for my tyres !!!

A+ as always, came in with a puncture on my motorbike unannounced, they had the tyres I wanted in stock and got straight on with fitting them. Base cost for the tyres very reasonable (couldn't even find them on eBay for any cheaper) and fitting costs and speed couldn't be faulted.

Gillingham branch never disappoint, have been using them for years and years. Cheers

My husband had an emergency with brakes.
