I have used these guys many times in the past and they have been good. I went in today for a puncture repair and found my front bumper with a scuff. The store just fobbed me off saying it was not their fault, very disappointing.

My elderly parents had a puncture in the tyre of their wheelbarrow so they took it to Watling Tyres in Redhill Surrey not knowing if they would be able to assist. There they received an exemplary service, two thorns were removed and the tyre was repaired accordingly. The staff were really kind and helpful and only charged them £14.00. Thank you to all concerned for your 5 star service and taking care of my parents.
I had a similar good experience with them last year when a nail caused a puncture in a tyre on my Alfa Romeo. Fast, efficient and friendly service.

Called in to the Gravesend branch on Wednesday to discuss my requirements and arranged to return this morning.

I was seen promptly and the work was carried out on my bike with meticulous care, Colin treated the bike like it was his own. 👌

Prices were very competitive and the entire branch is run very professionally (puts other tyre garages to shame)

Can't recommend this branch of Watling Tyres highly enough and will certainly use it for all my future tyre and MOT needs. 👍

I called this morning as I had a flat tyre and thought the valve had gone. I am no expert but the gentleman who answered the phone was calm and reassured me I could bring the car in when I was ready and they would be able to help. He even quoted a very reasonable price.

I drive down after my school run and they asked me to bring the car straight into the garage. They showed me where the valve had gone so I knew what had happened. They removed the space saver, refitted the tyre and checked the space savers pressure incase I ever have another problem.

All this efficient service whilst being friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend them more. And I was delighted with the price. No hidden charges. Can't thank them enough!

Good price, helpful over the phone. Asked about wear pattern and inflation but as soon as iit was fitted didn't want to know. Didn't tell me what pressure and was fairly abrupt. Shame customer service didn't extend past taking my money.

They fitted me at extremely sort notice, gave me a choice of products (prices) and did not complain when I could not find the locking tool for the wheel nuts, emptying the boot and then putting it all back. Great guys and all genuine and pleasant.

Redhill branch. Great service. Used the Redhill branch 3 times over past 2 years Friendly, respectful, excellent service each time.
Went back with issue from tyre change in December. No quibbles. Highly recommend.

Watling tyres in gravesend is absolutely amazing! They have helped me many times in the past when i was in trouble with my car, tyres and today again, i was very kindly helped by a staff who fixed some damaged in my car bonet, screwed it for me and didnt even charge me!! They are always so friendly and kind!

Great service

I just went to Watling in Redhill to have a tyre fitted to a spare wheel rim. They were super-quick, cheerful and also thought to check which side of the car the wheel would be fitted. So much better than Halfords, where I had the exact opposite experience.

I phoned late in the afternoon on a Thursday, my tyres were not in stock but they got them in for first thing the next morning. Excellent service as always. I was in and out withing 10 minutes. The wonderful mechanics even put my spare back I my boot properly saving me the job. Always polite, friendly and professional.

Redhill watlin tyres have helped with my tyre for mobility scooter as it had gone flat and car pump didn't work. They sorted out very quickly. Extremely friendly helpful staff thanks lads.

Was gutted finding my car with a nail in my tyre early in the morning but tyre wasn't flat, so on my way to work, I noticed Wattling tyres shop(in Gravesend), I asked one of the staff if he could have a look at it for me, I had no appointment booked or used them before. The employee fitted me into their busy schedule immediately and I only had to wait for 10mins. Eventually after checking the tyre, I have been told that I didn't have to pay anything since there was no damage to an actual tyre and nail was only on the surface. I felt relieved that I didn't need a new tyre or my tyre needed any fixing. I was pleased to know how honest and helpful the staff in this shop was. I absolutely recommend this shop. Many thanks for helping me out.

Ordered new tyres in the next morning fitted in less than 30 minutes knowledgable staff with exceptional customer service and experience would highly recommend walling tyre’s.

Visited the Hastings branch and found exceptionally decent people who offer honest advice and actually advise against any unnecessary work. Efficient and reasonably priced service. Really happy and definitely would recommend. Thanks

Bloody Marvellous!
I thought I had a slow puncture but I'd actually filled up the tyres with too much air which was causing the warning light to trigger. The guy was really friendly and put me at ease without laughing at me - I was laughing at myself still!
Great service and would highly recommend this friendly and honest service.

Changed all 4 tyres with expectations all 4 to be same.. Tyres been changed one tyre different brand... Ring to them, explanation was- budget tyres don't have to match.... Interesting fact...

I have had two very good experiences with the Redhill branch.

The first time, my wife's car had a slow puncture. They could have told me that I needed to replace the tyre, but they didn't. They repaired it for £24.

The second time, I asked whether my two front tyres were good for another 2,000 miles. They could have said no and if they had I would probably have bought two new ones. But they said the tyres were OK.

I will go back there.

Margate branch absolutely superb. Great staff and excellent prices. Spent days trying to find someone to fit small tyre for golf buggy and couldn't be more helpful. Definitely 5 stars
