Its got one of the worst ROIs going. They payout but sometimes it takes a week.
Customer service is sketchy and they try keep you on the hook.
10/10 would cancel account again.

I am very disappointed.
I tried to request a payment, but it was not approved in 2 weeks, the support bounces me with a template text, but there were many times when I quit the conversation to avoid having to reply.
I can clearly say this is not a legit site and a lot of people have been victimized lately.
I do not recommend the site because it is a scam!

I played through their bonus and now Im more than a month waiting for my crypto withdrawal. When I contact support I get told they are experiencing high volume of withdrawal... I have there 2500chf and I believe they are trying to steal it. Dont play there its scam.

This casino is not regulated so they make there own rules as they go. Me and my partner have both been ripped off after we withdrew our winnings. They send you an email saying you have been paid and when the money does not hit your bank account and you reach out to them, they tell you that it’s not their problem and to contact your bank. The bank says no money has been released and there’s nothing you can do about it as this casino is not regulated so they steal your winnings. They also offer you bonus money to play with or a bonus claw game and if you win bonus money, you have to turn it over by 5 times the amount. I turned over $45 bonus money and made $2000. Then I turned that over at least 5 time’s playing the slots for 5 hours. I left $1900 in there and logged back on the next day to see a total of $700 in my account. When I questioned this on live chat, they told me they paid me 5 times the original bonus amount of $45. That didn’t even make sense as the math didn’t work out. They stole $1200 off me even though it had only been 12 hours since I played last. Then I could not withdraw because you can’t make a withdrawal if you have another withdrawal pending which I had $50 from a previous withdrawal pending. The $50 had been sitting there for a week and a half waiting to be released and when I questioned them, they said there is a backlog of pending withdrawals from other clients so I will have to wait. It’s still sitting there and it’s been 2 weeks. This is the dodgiest online casino out there. BEWARE.

They have limited my account after two bets with stake 25 euro.

EDIT 2 MONTHS LATER (07/11/2024):

It's been over 2 months (22 August 2024) and all of this is still going, I refuse to stop until I get paid ALL my winnings back.

After various filed complaints and bad reviews on different sites, Wazamba decided to credit back part of the total amount to my account which I successfully withdrew.

But instead of crediting back 1.955,58€ they credited 1.450,75€.

That's 505€ less, for absolutely no reason, I suppose same reason they zeroed out my account in the first place (so scammers to put it lightly), which they still owe and refuse to credit back.

Their official reply when they credited the 1.450,75€, was just that they were sorry for the misunderstanding.

I was also suprised when they showed some good character by returning some of the winnings too.

So, until I receive and successfully withdraw the last missing 505€ they owe, I will not put this to rest.

Today they replied on a complaint posted elsewhere and they still fabricate stories with fake backing evidence.

They will do anything to NOT PAY YOU.

STAY AWAY.

If they decide to pay the last missing 505€ I will edit this review again.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

The casino kept the entire winning amount and zeroed out the balance.

I registered at the casino and deposited 20€ using the welcome bonus and the 200 free spins credited per 20 per day for 10 days.

I read the terms very carefully, as I do with every new casino I sign up for, there was no term or condition about a max win or anything.

I managed to win €210.95 euros which was locked until the x40 spin was completed, meaning I would have to spin €8,438!!!

Not to mention, to my great surprise and after many hours of playing I managed to complete the turnover!
The total withdrawal amount I had in my balance was €1,955.58.

I went to make a withdrawal and saw that the daily max amount is €500, so I proceeded with the first withdrawal of the first €500.

One day later when I logged in to make the second withdrawal I saw my balance was ZERO, and the first withdrawal was cancelled as well!

Fortunately, I was proactive and took some screenshots from my balance as well as from games.

To my surprise today when I went into the Pragmatic game history I played the game history is EMPTY!!! Which they apparently did so that there would be no evidence left. This happened one day after my win.

Also something else they did but I don't even care about, I'm just mentioning it, is that they also cancelled the remaining 20 free spins per day. They must have shadow-banned the account.

It's been a long time since I've seen such shady practices.

Every time I chatted with the casino they say the paid out the amount they needed pay, that's very funny to me because that amount is absolute ZERO.

I wish I visited TrustPilot before signing up there.

Also, I tried posting my experience on Askgamblers.com in hope that I may get some help but they rejected my case even though I provided EVERYTHING. They are getting paid by scammy casinos and they promote them there too, you can compare their "high-rated" casinos with TrustPilot and you will immediately understand.

I won 30€ bonus cash on crab and i had to wager it 1500€ i got lucky and manage to do it. And i was left with 4000€ after the wager. I put 500€ on withdraw because you cant do it more daily on there site. Neext morning when i woke up i tried to put another 500€ on withdraw but didnt let me do because daily limit was reached ok.. maybe they count days from 1st withdraw so i waited for 3 more hours so a full day have passed just to find they took 3850€ from me. I could understand that they have some rules about bomus money but why is iz not stated in the bonus description? And why wasnt it reset the same moment as wager was done why was 4000€ sitting on my account for full day before they topk the money? Because they are god damn scamers!!! Dont use them.

Absolutely a very bad casino. Games notworking correctly. Casino site himself is all the time uploading. Withdrawals is slow. And allmost impossible to take money out. Actually all Rabidi casinos are same stragedy. DO NOT MAKE ACCOUNT OF ANY RABIDI CASINO. This is a very very big red flag.

I really like the variety of games but my 80.5 Eur withdrawal is taking a bit too long, for a crypto transfer. It has been 6 Days, I will give more stars when I'll receive my money.

the worst casino, don't enter at all, it's just a lie widrawl forget it doesn't exist, the biggest lies should be banned by law and the fraudsters should be locked up

They will intentionally bounce your withdrawals back so you are tempted to play again, Its just about been a month since i have tryed to withdrawal my money. you will get the same copy & paste answers from them with no real help at all, saying you have done something wrong or you have cancelled the withdrawal. If its not a copy and paste answer you will be meet by someone that can bearly speak english, which is also zero help, This is not a one off it has happend many times to me. time to get my withdrawal and leave for good.

I have been a user at Wazamba for over a year. The casino is decent overall, though they always push the boundaries when it comes to payouts.

I have withdrawn funds several times at their casino, and their max limit for withdrawals is $500 a day. Their terms state up to 72 hours to approve internally, they never approve sooner than that and almost always take extra days.

To give you a rough idea, If someone won $3000, it would take over a month to get all the money out. That's most likely their strategy to make you play back all funds.

In june 2024, I won 500 and I am currently waiting 4 days to get it approved. Contacted their team and they copied/pasted the usual text saying we take this long to approve payouts. Doesn't really feel that's a trustworthy casino.

Their official policy is that it takes 1-3 days to process withdrawal, i won 400 euros and tried to withdraw, it went "Pending" and it it still to this day, if You are looking for fast payouts and casino that respects own policies, skip Wazamba.
