This casino cheat me, i won free spin and already won 240$ with few spins and win another bonus free spin, so total free 24 spins. The game disconnects somehow, and asks me to reconnect, and when i reconnect the bonus game is gone as if it never happen. Luckily i took a screenshot, so i have evidence. After few weeks of chat they never compensate me nor they admitted. So i guess when u win they feel free not to payout.

You're locked talking to different live support agents (allegedly) which say can't help as they are not part of the "department".

Absolute scam!!!
I have made multiple deposits and played this site for a while now. As soon as I come to withdraw, they seem to have every excuse under the sun that it has failed.
I have talked to my bank, no payments were blocked by them. They keep getting me to send the same information to them over and over again and it is more than enough to process a payment.

Withdrawal amount isn't even overly large, only $1000.

It has been almost a month trying to do one withdrawal.

Live chat are useless and do not help at all, all of them say the same thing and don't answer my questions, just to email same details again.

I will update this review if and when the withdrawal is accepted and I get my money!

Used to be a great casino and never had a problem withdrawing but the last time it got rejected 5 times, got told to withdraw using another method, I tried withdrawing to Neteller and it failed saying ‘invalid account number’ which it wasn’t. Live chat staff take ages to respond and say that I should try again and it will go through but never did.

Used to take 3-4 days to get withdrawal I’ve been waiting 3 weeks. They also never credit the bonuses in the emails they send.

I made a deposit of 500 euros and they collected the money from my bank but never credited them to my account.
I talked with two agents and sent all proof (screenshots of bank statement and account) who said I will have an answer soon but no answer to this minute. I asked them to credit my casino account with the amount no such thing yet is done. Will update this review with what has happened. If this company is a SCAM I will let you guys know

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I deposited €2000 euros, I finally won up to €7000 euros, my account was verified and they wouldn't let me withdraw any of my winnings not even €100 using any of the withdrawal methods. The customer service were useless. Stay well away from this site!
