My husband made a deposit, something went went wrong with their "server" apparently so couldn't pick up the payment. Sent screenshots of bank history until now we still haven't received an answer.
They can might as well close, useless!

I made a $30 deposit & was told that the casino has no record for it, so I provided the transaction record & they denied receiving it & said it would be refunded, that was months ago & the casino still has not returned my deposit & continues to ask for the record of payment after I already provided it at the time!

First of all no customer service at all. And secondly I deposit at this casino and I suppose to get 200 free spins. They only give me 40 free spins. And they removed another 160 free spins from my account. It's a scam casino. Don't ever sign up on this casino ever

wazamba is a serious fraud, not only because it has less payout limits, but also because it doesn't pay people, it blocks your account once, only the other day, when all the sites offered by Rabidi NV company from Curacao and what 7starpartners offers you, stay away from such sites... ATTENTION, they steal all your money

The site is ok the withdrawals are not a problem at least on my account. But the thing I think is pointless are “bonuses and reward” the money they gave you. Because first u have to deposit an amout it requests. Than it says the amount has to be wagered 20,30 or even 40x times. And on top of that when you start playing firstly your deposit is ripped off and than the bonus they gave you. Just saying don’t play with their bonus it’s pointless because there is a really small chance you can wager e.g. 50€ 20,30 or 40x times.

After my deposit of 200 euro for sportsbook welcome bonus of 100 % up to 200 euro for players from Finland, they promiss to add the bonus after first 200 euro bets will be setled. I contact the live chat , and I was told > Our department decide not to give you the welcome bonus/ I ask why you promisss welcome bonus then , the live chat person answered > we have the right to not give you the bonus, is there anything else we can help you with ? My point of few scam , and i wonder what was going to happen if i had winnings, were they going to pay at all ??

Before I made deposit I reed the conditions of the welcome sports bonus so just in case I contact the live chat to make sure, minutes after my deposit j made inplay sportbets that were setled as lose. Complete scam. If you win they delay payout to try make you cancel your withdrawal and keep playing. Withdrawal limited to silly small amounts regardless of how much you deposit and bet

Ridiculous scam site. Don’t deposit money in this site. After almost depositing 8000-9000€ and playing without problem, I deposited 400€. The money left my bank account and never appeared in my wazamba account. After contacting my bank, they informed me that the money is received from wazamba. After contacting wazamba, they just blocked my account and never answered to my mails. After contacting my lawyer, he will take care of the process.

Wazamba is saying that I am ineligible for ALL bonuses after ive been playing on this site for 9 months, which is just insane, I wonder how long you have to play to become eligible, I haven't even made profit and they won't tell me how to become eligible..... Their withdrawals are also painfully slow, with a daily limit that is 1/4th of the weekly limit, so if you win big you have to log in day after day to withdraw your funds in parts. They will also not confirm your withdrawal until weekdays, so if you withdraw on a Friday expect to wait to Tuesday just for the process to start..

Basically I playing online slots on wazamba, won some money, had problems with withdrawl, it took 3 weeks for a response from their customer support. After they stated that the money was sent from their site( obviously a lie) because i was waiting 13 business days and nothing. Yesterday i contacted them again because every customer support was telling me other lies and the amount of money that should be in my card, they put it back on my waazamba account and now it says that i have to wagger agaoin x1 the money( after they canceled my withdrawl, without notifying and they also said that there is a email which state that the withdrawl was canceled.They keep saying that their finance department is looking for the issue. I have reported this to my bank as a fraud...because it is a fraud clearly( sent them print screens with our conversation on customer support and email also).

Wazamba sucks for Canadian Player's in my opinion, they don't have well known good providers, the one's they do have, I can't play due to restriction, they rig the games so impossible to win, scatters are impossible to receive, get one and the game payout was horribly low, but registered license from Curacao explains it all. I found 99% of Curacao casinos are corrupt and the odds winning anything good on their site, just doesn't happen. Try playing on Caesars sports book and I would advise to stay clear of Curacao casinos.

Update; They asked for more info to verify my review. I will add, wagering low, I had 27 wagers, one payout was 1cent, another 6 cents and 10 cents out of the 27 plays, with all my deposit, with some wagering a dollar, the highest payout from wagering a dollar was no more than $2.00 dollars, to me that is not fair gaming. Not one withdraw from this casino and the highest balance was a little over $25 dollars. If you decide to receive a bonus, it is 40x wagering, if you win, their payout is only 5 times your deposit, just like most Curacao sites and you don't have the option to self exclude, you have to contact live chat, that will tell you to send an email. Player's should always check reviews, then decide if you want to take a chance playing on their sites.

Terrible. Played a couple hundred $, every time I was close to a decent win the reel would jump or an error message would pop up saying I needed to close the game. I 100% think this site is a scam. The whole website is laggy. Gamble elsewhere

It's been 2 weeks, am being asked the same documents , I have given my explanations and even asked them to send back the funds to the same source I used. Nothing is happening, they ask you the impossible, seems like scamming to me now
