If I could give 0 star I would
If I could give 0 star I would. And it was ots still ongoing.
We will be contacting trading standards. We ordered a bed Other items and put deposit down of 600 pounds, they said it would be delivered within 3 or 4 weeks. Change the end of the 4 weeks we tried to call them several times they didn't answer and email. Eventually when they did they said that there would be a delay. We are still waiting today at nearly 8 weeks since ordered which means with the delay it was meant to be delivered today. My partner emailed them they never emailed back several times, until I called them and left a message saying I would contact trading standards. The next day they emailed saying they'll be in contact that day. They have not been in contact. We emailed them again with no response. We have tried calling them several times with no answer, now there's no voicemail to leave a voicemail. We have emailed them again. Then after alot of chasing they said the items where conveniently ready, we said we would like a refund as buy the trustpilot and Google reviews this is what they do, they take the rest of the money and then no delivery or items are broken. Louise tried to blame Beth saying she shouldn't if said the time frame she did and then agreed with wthr reviews saying the company awful as they are really failing a the moment. Anyways she agreed to teh refund and then we never received it, we tried going through card company but they couldn't get it back so sent a email as advised by citizens advice stating they have a certain amount of time to give a refund. They messaged back saying because we contacted the card company, that it take 4 to 8 weeks to get the refund, we have since emailed telling them that the card company can't get a refund so needs to come from them. We are awaiting a response. To be honest it seems they are still stalling and messing us around.

We have contacted ITV as well as we r wood use 60 mintue makeover to promote there business. If anyone is going through similar please contact me and will sent up a page or something and get this company as this is not on and they are scaming so many people:(

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This company has in effect fraudulently taken £600 of my money and has not delivered the Farmhouse Bed I ordered on 18/2/21.
I have had countless conversations with them and sent many emails to that effect, they have missed 2 delivery dates. I paid for a company search on them which uncovered 7 CCJs which have been lodged against them, they are about to get another. Despite asking for a full refund I have received nothing from them.

Like all other reviews I wish I could leave less than one star! I also wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order. I ordered a bed 13 weeks ago through their Ebay shop (Desired-Comforts) the bed frame was supposed to be delivered between 4-6 weeks. After 10 weeks, 3 days holiday from work to accept a delivery that never showed and lots of me chasing them the bed finally arrived however it was damaged (no wonder the way it had been shipped!) I contacted them immediately, Louise advised the bed wasn't shipped like that basically accusing me! They offered me the option to send the bed back and wait for another one or to send me some sandpaper and small tub of varnish. (There was a massive chunk missing!) I sent the bed back and was promised a replacement within a week. Another 3 weeks later and lots more unanswered emails and phone calls they sent me a refund with no explanation. Lynette, Becky and Louise were the horrible people I have had to deal with causing so much stress! These people should not be allowed to trade!!

These guys are crooks

These guys are crooks. Ordered a bed. They happily took 800 quid from me but didn't bother to deliver anything. It has been months and months. Whole seasons have changed!

Worst Company Ever

Ordered bespoke bed 19th October 2022 . It is now 22nd April and still waiting. Time frame given was 4 to 12 weeks.

Calls not returned, emails not answered and snail mail ignored, even by manager / CEO.

Excuse after excuse, when you do get through.

Staff aren't proactive unless pushed. Receptionist seems to deal with everything. Very strange.

Courier failed to show on 3 occasions and staff don't know the name of the courier company!! Leaves me wondering as to whether the courier actually exists.

Customer service is non-existent. Otherwise they would have kept me updated and would have offered an alternative to their current courier and not kept me waiting.

Apparently its a "bit of faff" to get a refund from the courier.

Sent another official letter recorded and gave them 14 days, which has now passed.

Credit card company notified and evidence sent.

Give this so called business a wide berth.

If I could have left a lower star rating, it would 0.

The fact all reviews are negative speaks volumes.

I will be ordering from a reputable company.

This company have now removed the 'Contact' link on their website which did show the address. You can find it by searching for limited company's on Company's House. Clearly they don't like customers writing to them.

Refund issued by credit card company.

SCAM DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER

SCAM DON'T BUY - would rather no stars but have to put 1! Don't make furniture just scam you out of money and you get nothing, they rob you of your money! Ordered many items over £3000 three months later nothing just lots of excuses over that time! Said in contract could take longer and that is what they want as the longer you don't complain to the bank you will never see your money! Also they stop answering the phone in the end and never put anything in writing in emails so there is no evidence of their scam. Also if you cancel they say well our contract says the furniture will take as long as it takes and no refund! After a few months eventually recovered money back from the bank but was very stressful and we had no beds and furniture! Their website should be shut down and they should not be allowed to do this to many people. Complained on Facebook to get comments deleted and spoke to many more people with same issues 😡 we r wood just blocked me and Facebook did nothing to take their page down! I spoke to many who put angry faces but had their comments deleted who had either got money back from the bank or some who had not even tried and lost money! Why are they still trading is beyond me!

Avoid - Scam Company

Ordered a bed and was assured a 6-8 week lead time. 12 weeks later the bed still hadn't turned up. Trying to contact them to clarify this issue was difficult, with emails and phone calls often going unanswered. When I did get through, I was constantly palmed off with dubious sounding excuses and promises that the bed would arrive on a certain date, only for that to pass with no sign of it. Eventually they claimed the bed had been dispatched but it had (somehow for a king sized bed) been lost in transit. When pressed for further details such as the delivery company used and tracking information, they claimed they didn't know either of these!

This isn't an isolated issue either with other people complaining of similar problems on their Facebook page and Google Maps listing, only for their comments to be deleted and the listing removed! Realising that other people had struggled to get their money back, even after requesting a refund, I resorted to raising the issue with my bank, whom swiftly issued a chargeback request and managed to recover all of my money. I'd strongly suggest anyone in the same situation to do the same and anyone considering this company to look elsewhere!
