then they offered to send his bitcoin back, but are demanding he sends them AN EXTRA 100 euros for the convenience.
Blox are scammers, stay away.

Since the middle of this year, European MiCAR regulations have required additional verification steps when users deposit crypto. We assist all our users in completing these checks and always try to make the process as smooth as possible.
In this particular case, unfortunately, we couldn’t accept the transaction because the required verification details could not be confirmed. A crypto deposit can only be accepted if the wallet belongs to the account owner and that verification can be completed.
As the customer decided not to complete the verification, the transaction had to be returned to the original wallet address, despite our clear communication and several attempts to resolve the issue.

Reliable platform with fast customer service
I have been a customer of Blox for over 5 years now. Their platform is very easy to use.
The only downside is the fees that you pay when buying and selling coins. But if you are hodling and not actively trading all the time that is no problem at all.
Their customer service is really fast. Not an AI bot. But real people helping you in every way.
