We Are Mortgages were undertaking the remortgage of my buy to let at the same time I was remortgaging my own flat with a different broker and the difference was night and day. They did warn against using the included "free"solicitors but as Vickie at We Are Mortgages kept on top of them, deciphering their cryptic automated emails and mithering them when it was time to apply for the redemption statement, it all completed on time without me going onto the standard variable rate as I did with my residential mortgage.

They went above and beyond to help. I have been dealing with Ian and you can tell he really cares about his clients. He has offered his advice and support through every stage of the purchasing process. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Throughout this process we’ve dealt with two lovely members of staff. Zoe was great right from the offset and Vickie has helped us phenomenally with chasing to get us over that finishing line. It’s been a tough few months but the communication and support has been outstanding and cannot thank these lovely ladies enough xx
