We picked rhino over a few other companies and iam glad we did,they helped us with government scheme to get £600 back.from start to finish everything was done in a very professional manner and nothing was too much trouble for Daniel and Andy who fitted our system first class guys any problems were fixed straight away , so i would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their boiler .

Recently had a boiler installed by Rhino. The team were great and helpful at every stage and the price was extremely reasonable compared to quotes from some of the big names. I did have some issues with the process of applying for the loan with the credit union they put me in touch with but this was nothing to do with Rhino themselves. Stephen regularly kept in touch and answered questions promptly. When we changed how we were paying the installation was organised swiftly and at a time convenient to me. The install went smoothly and the engineers were on top of any issues that arose as a result of the old system I had. The place was kept tidy and any mess was cleaned up before they left. All the related work was completed within 24 hours of original work (building work and electrics). After a couple of days I noticed the pressure had dropped and an engineer came out over the weekend and quickly sorted a minor problem, so again cannot fault the standard of service.
Would definitely recommend Rhino to friends and family.

Straight from the initial meeting RHINO were very professional. Stephen managed to squeeze us in for an appointment before his start time on a Saturday morning. He led us through the full process and was very knowledgeable about all boilers that he quoted us for. He was also up to date on Government schemes which led us to get £500 off of our boiler. On the day of the boiler replacement, the team turned up on time and done an excellent job within the timescale promised. I would highly recommend RHINO to anyone looking for a boiler replacement!

While we had no issues with you installing our boiler a year ago, it seems like once you had our money we were no longer of interest to you.
We have had a few issues -as you know, we had no water or heating for a full weekend, we eventually had to contact Worcester Bosch ourselves after Stephen did not reply to any of out text messages. After managing to contact Stephen on Monday while the Bosch engineer was here (who explained the problem to Stephen). We had to contact a local plumber to fix the problem (which you did cover the cost of afterwards). Unfortunately the Sallus thermostat control was not working, we have contacted you by text, and e-mails and you have completely ignored us. I actually phoned your office to find out the length of time it would take you to reply to any e-mails and was told it would be a couple of days at most - it's now over 4 weeks. I do not think this is acceptable at all. We have had to go direct to the manufactured to exchange the thermostat control, with the help of Sallus we ourselves - and without ANY help from your company we have resolved the problem. And just to clarify - this is STILL under your warranty.
It seems very clear that you have no interest in helping anyone - as long as you get our money - we do not matter any more.
I would definitely NOT recommend your company to anyone.

Fitted new Boiler in and out in no time no mess would us this company again

Replacing a boiler can be quite a daunting experience at times, however Stephen and his team made the whole process streamlined and as painless as possible. The boiler installation was done within the time promised in a very professional manner with no mess or damage caused. I had a few follow up enquiries in relation to a separate matter a few days later that were dealt with immediately. I can highly recommend this company, a very professional job from start to finish. I was impressed from the start with Rhino and Stephen who contacted me within hours of my enquiry to arrange a suitable date to talk through my requirements.
Stephen walked me through all the technical stuff and made recommendations based on my needs and provided me a detailed breakdown of cost and options in an easy to understand quote which was very competitive, no pressured sales talk and jargon. His company really stood out from the rest that I had dealings with including the major ones. I felt comfortable that what I was being promised would be delivered. Rhinos guys turned up on time and completed the job (new boiler) in no time, leaving no mess and a very satisfied customer. I had my boiler replaced very successfully last year by Rhino and it has been very worthwhile as my previous boiler was inefficient and unreliable and I now have a much better combiboiler which is 100% more reliable.

A YOUNG COMPANY ON THE UP AND UP,VERY AFFABLE AND HELPFUL ENGINEERS, NOTHING SEEMED TO BE TO MUCH TROUBLE TO THEM, EVEN WHEN YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ADVISE AT ALL TIMES DAY OR NIGHT.MOST IMPORTANTLY THEIR PRICES ARE VERY FAIR. I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM IN RECOMMENDING RHINO TO ANYONE THINKING OF GAS INSTALLATION.

Rhino do exactly as they promise. When they say they are calling at a certain time they call at that time.
When they promised to make the service easy and reassure you that the process will all be taken care off without a hitch! They did!
When the operations manager Stephen came in to our home he was polite while still remaining professional and reassuring. The installation plumbers were also extremely polite and CLEAN.
When we plan to extend our home in the next 2 years Stephen and Rhino will be the only call we make for plumbing installations.
I've worked in the construction industry for over 10 years and have rarely meet a company with a similar level of professionalism.

Right from the start we were called first to say that there rep was on his way & what time he would be at our home the guys name Stephen this guy is totally genuine no messing about he gives you a booklet & lets you choose your boiler that's suits your home ( NO PUSHING YOU TOWARDS ANY PERTICULAR MODEL ) once my wife & I agreed which boiler that suited our home they sent an engineer out to survey our home once survey was competed we agreed our contract to buy our boiler ( and it's been absolutely brilliant since the install ( talking of which it was done with an engineer that knew his job !!! Would I recommend this company YES I WOULD AS THEY ARE TOP DRAWER AS FAR AS MY WIFE & I are concerned RHINO YOU HAVE MADE A HOUSEHOLD VERY HAPPY ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU
