Stephen at Rhino provided great advice about different boilers, efficiency ratings, value for money. He assisted all the way through the processes and was generally very helpful. Whenever I'll require to renew or upgrade in the future I'll have no hesitation to return to Rhino again.

Rhino provide great customer service from beginning to end, the installers are very respectful of your home environment and work at pace to ensure minimum upheaval
and inconvenience. Rhino also have there finger on the pulse with regard to any government scheme that's available for the customer to claim money back. All and all

I would wholeheartedly recommend Rhino for any installation of a boiler at your home. The initial service was very professional and the installation was completed very quickly and without any problem.

I was given very good advice on the type of boiler I required and the arangements for instalment. In addition I was helped through the process of applying for the Greenhomes cash back scheme. Stephen even came to the house to check that all the paperwork was in order. The most important thing for me was that any concerns I had were listened to and acted on to ensure that I was satisfied. I would recommend this company to you knowing that they work hard to deliver an excellent service.

A replacement boiler was fitted recently by Rhino. From initial visit by Stephen to completion of all works, it was done in a professional manner by first class friendly /polite trades people. All work areas including replaced radiators were clean and tidy with minimal mess. Clear information and instruction was given on how to run and maintain boiler system and digital remote room stat.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Rhino to carry out this type of work.

I felt from the off that I had struck gold. Stephen was informative, professional, excellent at following up on arrangements and dealing with any queries. I was provided with excellent information on the Green Deal and how to navigate my way through the paperwork. Robert & co were quick, efficient and kept everyone informed about what they were doing in terms of the installation and when problems were encountered - solutions were offered that made it easy to move forward to get the job done. Stephen and the team at Rhino are great and I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone. Plus - when I had queries after the installation it was no trouble to Stephen to get back to me - unlike so many other firms who, once the job is done, you don't see them for dust!

I had my boiler replaced which required it being moved. I had two plumbers, an electrician and a plasterer who completed the job in less than a day.

All the tradesmen were efficient, professional and very friendly. They all seemed to work well together and their attention to detail and neatness when doing their work was fantastic. (The plasterer even matched the same roughcast to patch a hole left after a pipe was moved.)

Then from start to finish of the installation 100% profesional aervice 5 year warranty and 2 years for pipework i know whose servicing my boiler for 5 years. I recommend this company to everyone..

I would recommend Rhino to anyone the work was carried out with everything covered there was a couple of issues even being weekend Rhino went out of there way to get the boiler up and running I was very impressed and it was the best quote I got out of four companies .
