As I was checking out I put the incorrect email address. I reached out to Wear Felicity and they were able to help me with my correct email in less than 24 hours.

I placed an order and it arrived after taking a very long time and 2 requests to customer service for status. I had uploaded a photo and name for the charm and when I finally received it - it was a stock photo of a dog and the word DOG not my pets name. I have reached out to customer service 4 times and no reply - silence. WORST ORDERING and customer service.

These are a gift so i have to wait and see if they don't break when they put them on. They are lovely pieces though.

I love your products - I bought a snowman ornament a couple years ago for my husband and daughter and love it. I had some questions this time because I wanted a phrase inside not a picture. I received a timely and courteous response and my issue was quickly resolved.

The ability to see the photo was hard enough, but two of my five bracelets were too blurry to make out the faces. When I wrote to customer's service they sent a reply telling me to take a video of the photo inside the bracelet??? Have you ever tried to do that.? Then I'm to send them the video for them to review and they would let me know their results.

I loved the updates once my order was placed. The turn around time was perfect in receiving them. The photos inside the charms are just as beautiful as the originals. After reading other reviews, it made it sound like months and months until getting them, and it truly wasn't. Also I ordered two different items with two diff photos, both were delivered same day. I am going to be your biggest fan with your company!! Keep up the great work, am sure the upcoming holidays cause delays so get orders in ahead of time and you will be fine.
