They did really good assisting yesterday. They were quick with responses and help me get the information that I needed.

I ordered a bracelet with a customized charm and a birthstone charm. The bracelet was cheap plastic and tiny. Neither charm was anywhere close to how they were pictured. The preview of my personalized charm photo upload looked nothing like the final product. They wouldn't let me return it because it was customized (badly!). I tried to review both charms separately on the site and my reviews do not appear. It seems they only post the 5-star reviews. Just a really horrible company all around.

After many weeks of frustration over a bracelet never being delivered, I have been assured that the person this bracelet is finally going to receive a replacement.

I had a little problem with my order and even that I comunícate my problem a little late Customer Service was able to help me and also fix my order. Thanks what I received it’s so beautiful I really love this store and what they do.

Fast response and they fixed my issue

Item was damaged in shipping and Felicity took care of me immediately and is sending me a replacement. Also very apologetic even though it wasn't even their fault.

I just have to say how HAPPY I am with this purchase! My sister and 2 older kids are going to be so surprised to see what is inside the gem. I am so pleased, I’m going to place another order for myself.

I as also surprised to see the order came from Mokena. I lived there for the last 35 years and moved 4 years ago to Arkansas!

Amazing support

Jaelyn was awesome as I was having trouble adjusting my bracelet as this was my 1st order with the company. She went above and beyond with explaining. My grandson‘s picture came out just beautiful, and I love the opal on the side..Wear Felicity is a great company who stands behind their products and because of this, I’m getting ready now to order 2 more bracelets as Christmas gifts!

I received a bracelet from this company as a gift and was initially very happy with it. However, after just a couple of months, the picture fell out and was lost — which was extremely disappointing, especially given that it was meant to be a sentimental keepsake.

I contacted the company, but it took several days to get a response. When they finally got back to me, I was told that there was only a 30-day warranty. All I wanted was to return the bracelet and have the picture replaced, which I feel is a reasonable request. A reputable company would at least try to accommodate this kind of situation, especially when the product fails after such a short time.

After several back-and-forth emails, all they offered me was a small discount code to buy a new one. Frankly, after this experience, I have no interest in spending more money with them. I’d rather support a business that values their customers and stands by their products.

This entire experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I want to share it to help others make a more informed decision. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on the quality of the product or the level of customer service I received.
