The fabric is lovely but there sizing is wildly off. I bought 2 sets of size small and the trouser length on one is 26 inch vs 31 inch on the other. Obviously the one is significantly too long. A ret... See more

We do organic. It’s all we’ve ever known and it is what separates us from the trend chasers and the half-hearted. Our authenticity allows us to challenge the stereotypes of organic -- it’s too expensive, it’s only important when it comes to food, it’s only for environmental activists. Wrong - it’s for everyone -- all day, every day -- from work to travel to lazy Sunday mornings in bed and even those crazy on-the-go days. Our clothes are practical, comfortable, and easy because life isn’t always so. If it is a textile that touches the skin, Pact is the one-stop-shop where consumers can find organic alternatives that fit their lifestyle because doing good should be easy.

Pact Clothing Quality Sucks
Pact Clothing has significantly dropped in quality. Thin material, loose threads, itchy seams. The quality is the same as some fast fashion places like Target or Forever21. Honestly I can’t stand it when high-quality sustainable clothing companies drop in quality but not in price. And if inflation is a problem, the solution is to raise the prices, not lower the quality, especially since Pact Clothing has such loyal customers base. They have lost my trust and my business.
I placed an order with Pact and…
I placed an order with Pact and received a confirmation email, followed shortly by another email saying my order had been cancelled. The payment (£43) was still taken from my account and remains pending, with no refund yet. I contacted customer service multiple times and was told I’d receive a response within 48 hours, but I’ve heard nothing since. Very disappointing experience — poor communication and not reassuring when your money is involved.
Watch out for excessive return charges
Sizing ridiculously inaccurate, and charges for returns are extortionate - had to pay for DHL return to the USA when Pact sent the order via Royal Mail in the UK. Total scam. Avoid.
I had a mixed experience with Pact.
I had a mixed experience with Pact.
At first, I was really happy with the brand. I loved the products, the packaging, the delivery experience, the tracking, and the overall choice available. The fabric and materials felt beautiful, and I appreciate the size inclusivity.
However, as a UK customer ordering from a US brand, sizing was difficult. The items I ordered ended up being far too big, and although I wanted to exchange them for the correct size, the process felt too complicated with the wait times, so I returned them for a refund instead.
I do appreciate that the return window was generous, especially as someone who is neurodivergent and can take longer to process purchases and manage returns. That helped a lot.
The main disappointment was that I did not receive the full refund I expected. After checking, I understood that some money had gone toward shipping/return-related costs, but I feel this should be made much clearer before purchase — especially for international customers.
Customer service also wasn’t the easiest to deal with, which added to the frustration.
Overall, I loved the quality of the items and would consider buying from Pact again if I was confident about sizing. But I would advise UK/international customers to read the returns information carefully, check sizing very closely, and be aware that you may not receive a full refund if you return items.
Good weight
Good weight, not see through, doesn’t get misshapen after three washes like some Hanes I bought.
Sizing is slightly generous. No complaints otherwise.
Great customer service
I had a size discrepancy in an order that I didn’t notice until after the return period had passed. The item was bought for a specific trip and I hadn’t checked it when the order arrived. Definitely my fault but when I chatted with Pact about it they provided Pact cash to cover the error and I was able to order a different item (my original item was out of stock in my size). Excellent customer service and I’ve also enjoyed the other products I have ordered from them.
Sizing is all wrong and no chance to return or exchange
I checked the sizing chart over and over and ordered leggings as I thought in the correct size. They are too big, way off in fact. Baggy and useless. Tried to return or exchange for correct size, they want to charge £16 to send the return back. And then pay again for delivery for a new size..
why was the return cost not stated at checkout in the first place. So in the end the whole thing would have cost more for the delivery than the leggings themselves. Ridiculous waste of time and money. Don’t buy from this company if there any chance you might need to refund or exchange
No exchanges... and returns are very expensive.
My order arrived and both items are unfortunately far too big. One item also has an imprint on the front from being folded/squashed and I'm not sure it will come out.
I wanted to exchange the items for a smaller size but the chatbot (which was super irritating) informed me that they don't do international returns. In order to return the items I will be charged a re-stocking fee of £16. This is in addition to the £7 that I would need to pay for shipping of the new items. This would mean I'd spent £30 on shipping and exchange fees for items that cost £71 in total.
In addition, I can no longer use the discount code for my first order, so the replacement order would cost me £84 plus £7 of shipping costs.
I'm really disappointed. I really like the items ... but not enough to spend £114 on (given that i'd originally paid £71).
I appreciate that they are an ethical company... and presumably trying to cut down on packaging etc. but I really found this ridiculous, especially as it was my first order and your sizing is so off.
Most irritatingly, I was recommended by the customer service lady to email their customer services, which i did. It is a week since my email and I've heard nothing at all.
Awful fabric and style
Awful fabric and style! Wearing their leggings for the first time. Terrible! No shape, when trying to pull them, visible stretching left on the fabric. Uneven colour with some visible lighter spots on navy blue leggings. Waste of money
For goodness sake
For goodness sake. First, they don't tell you this is not in the UK, so for a return, the knock off a whopping £16, and you are obliged to take their method, DHL - can't choose your own. Clothes are fairly ordinary to inferior, wildly overpriced for what they are - shoddily sewn and ill fitting. Never again.
Appalling returns fee
Bought two packs of pants. Too big. Tried to return but no option other than to pay £16.99 for DHL return. No response to my emails asking for help. Never again.
Don't fall for this
I feel stupid having fallen for the "travel clothing" advertised on social media from this company. I got the wide leg travel trousers on sale £50. They are not worth £10. Don't fall for this. Bad cut, poor quality. You are better off buying a good pair of yoga trousers.
The product quality and the percentage…
The product quality and the percentage of contents mentioned on the labels appear to be inaccurate in many cases. There is a strong concern that laboratory processes may be manipulated to justify these discrepancies.
Additionally, it has been observed that when such issues are raised, employees who highlight them face unfair consequences, including termination. This creates an environment where transparency and accountability are discouraged, possibly due to the influence of certain individuals who are unwilling to accept differing or more informed viewpoints.
Furthermore, there are serious concerns regarding the conduct of the director, Maeve, who is alleged to have been involved in supplying incorrect or misleading products over a prolonged period of approximately 13 years. If true, this reflects a pattern of unethical practices that needs immediate attention. One more person is sam rasool the most egoistic person.
These matters are serious and warrant a thorough and independent investigation to ensure compliance, product integrity, and fair treatment of employees.
Absolute scam!
Absolute scam!
First they charge 17 for shipping in the first place.
The items look nothing like on the website,
the cuts and fabric are nothing like on the photos.
Then they charge an additional 20 for the return label.
Amjad helped me today with a return and…
Amjad helped me today with a return and he went ABOVE & BEYOND. Not only did he quickly find a solution, he also added $15 PACT cash to my account for the mix-up. PACT customer service is amazing and I am leaving as a happy, lifetime customer. Thank you!
If you use store credit and try to return items, partial refund is given as store credit
My order total was $308, I had $62.81 of pact cash to use, bringing the total charged to my card to $245.19. There are two items totaling $53 I am trying to return and the system is showing:
Refund to Paypal 42.20 USD
Refund to Store Credit 10.80 USD
I called customer service and they said this is how it is, part of the pact cash was used to pay for every item on my order and the remainder was charged to my card. They can't change it, that's the way the system works.
I can't find this policy listed anywhere on their account and the customer service representative would not answer my question when I asked where I could find this policy listed.
I have never seen this with any other company I have dealt with. If the amount you are returning is less than the store credit amount you used, you should be able to get a full refund.
Airplane jogger poorly designed
I love the fabric but the design is too large at hip and pockets in place where the entry part tends to stick out. The seams dont stay flat and are lumpy both on inner and outer legs. They feel great but look awful. Got them on final sale. Dont make same mistake as me.
Canadian Returns
As a Canadian customer, I wanted to share my experience ordering from Pact.
While the clothing itself was fine, the returns process for Canada is extremely costly—far more than I expected. I am meticulous about checking return policies before purchasing anywhere, and the website only mentions a $20 USD international return fee to cover return shipping and duties, which I found reasonable.
However, they fail to mention you will also be expected to pay for duties and shipping to the US out of pocket, ON TOP of that $20 USD fee. The cost of making the return was going to be nearly 75% of the value of the item - not worth it.
I reached out to customer service to clarify and see if there was any flexibility, but they only reiterated the return policy and did not offer a solution.
I would strongly encourage other Canadian customers to read the return policy very carefully before ordering, and to consider whether you are comfortable keeping the items regardless of fit.
Unfortunately, due to this experience, I would not order from Pact again.
Do NOT buy from this company!
I ordered 5 items from Pact recently (the pocket leggings, crop top, airplane cardigan and an underwear set) and was quite shocked when they arrived... I knew the style was 'basic/casual' but in person the clothes don't look as good as the photos, the quality of the material is very poor, especially on the leggings and crop top - it's very thick and inflexible, and kinda starchy/rough. Feels like a really cheap cotton, and the stitching also doesn't look great quality. The items also looked huge but then when I tried them on, the leggings were tight on the leg but loose at the waist and started to sag after a day of wearing them. The crop top was a little tight under the arms but loose at the bottom, and moved around a lot when I wore it to the gym, so had to keep readjusting to not reveal too much! It seems like there's an issue with the elasticity or something. I had also bought the cardigan to match the leggings and top (I preferred the pocket leggings to the ones in the 'retreat set' so had to order the 3 items separately). But the colour and material of the cardigan is not the same as the leggings and top. The cardigan is slightly better quality material (although I didn't realise it had elasticated cuffs which I don't like) and a richer black - the leggings and top are not the same black! Side by side they don't match. The underwear was also not soft and looked like cheap cotton. Overall I just thought they were overpriced. But then I also started to get a skin reaction (itchy skin on my legs) after wearing the leggings for a few hours. I didn't think it could be due to the leggings at the time, but I have since seen on Reddit that several other people reported this issue and apparently there was an expose about Pact allegedly using toxic chemicals on the clothing. Now I'm quite worried actually. I also wished I'd checked Reddit before ordering from Pact as it's FULL of negative reviews (while their own website only has positive reviews... interesting). People saying similar things about the quality and the clothes not lasting at all, and that they are potentially not as eco as they seem.
When I tried returning the clothes I found out they charge a huge fee for returns (this wasn't clear as I didn't realise that Pact weren't a UK company and the policy only mentions 'international shipping').
Overall I would avoid this company at all costs. The stuff is totally overpriced and they are potentially greenwashing. You can get better elsewhere.
BEYOND CRAP.
Illfitting and poor quality overall.
Garmets loose their stretch and shape very quickly. Within a few hours of wearing them They went from being a tight, thick pair of leggings to being a baggy, stretched out pair that made my knees look like a rhinos’ vulva (Sorry Rhinoes).
I bought two pairs and they haven’t lasted well at all.
The return fee was £15, and it’s also not possible to exchange items, therefore you have to pay for re-delivery. But tbh I now wish I’d returned them anyway and spent the money on something more useful (like a plastic frying pan).
BEYOND CRAP.
Eff you Pact.
I lost £60.
