Well what can I say, absolutely great service from the moment I placed my order, to the time it all all complete. The process itself was very easy, from the staff the workmen. Very happy with the quality of windows.

Disgusting telephone manner from the lady who answers the calls.

Like other people, I too have not received a ten year guarantee certificate. Since they fitted the new windows and doors 12 months ago I guess that is another lie that the company tell people. The whole thing is disappointing from start to finish - the 6 week installation time given by the sales person turned into 6 months, the windows arrived with some scratched and cracked glazing, poorly fitted trim and we have had problems with door hinges so they don't operate properly, condensation and mould on inside of bedroom windows. They are really hard to get to fix problems. Once they have been paid they want to take your money and run and only daily calls and threats to contact Certass to complain will get them to take any action. Best avoided unless you like lots of hassle. The only reason for 2 and not 1 stars is that with a LOT of effort they will eventually come back to try and fix things and because most of the staff are at least friendly and polite

Had windows and door fitted in nov, we have phoned 4 times for the 10 year certificate and for the certass certificate said it will be sorted. Phoned certass and they still have not heard from Weatherguard

Has anyone have who used this company received the 10 year certificate or certass certificate ?

Ordered porch and windows from this company last February was promised fitting within six weeks. Windows were fitted in July after a lot of chasing and false promises. Porch was fitted end of August wrong roof put on and they tried to tell me it was a free upgrade I wish I could put pictures on here of the mess and carnage that was left. Porch at the minute is all the colours of the rainbow from black green and orange with mold and damp. Have had another builder in to be told that it is not sealed properly on the outside, and that it needs stripping back completely and redoing. If the people from weatherguard see this do not contact me with anymore false promises. I fell for it before and took previous review down against my better judgement. It won't be happening again. You had too many chances to rectify your mistakes!!!

Just had a new composite door fitted it looks really good and the quality is excellent. The fitters were brilliant, very friendly and knowledgable, the door was fitted with no problems and they cleaned up after them.The only problem I had was communicating with the office for a fitting date but in the end everthing went well.I would use this company again.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from start to finish. The installation of my new windows went extremely well, the fitters were friendly and professional and also tidied up after themselves.

Full marks for this company. I bought a patio door and a front door from them. Right from the start the sales person was friendly, not too pushy a really nice lad.
The lads that did the fitting for me were really nice lads, clean workers, just got on with the job whilst making sure I was OK. They explained everything to me and left everything clean and tidy. The doors themselves are excellent. I cannot believe how warmer it is in my hallway. Thankyou so much.

Brilliant service, had windows fitted all over the house, easy communication, good correspondence, also delivered and installed fairly quickly compared to other businesses I used on my previous property. The mrs was delighted with the politeness of the workmen and also the quality of the job they did. Definitely worth referring…

I would definitely recommend this company. I found the guys to be extremely helpful and the services were done to a great standard. I got new windows put in. The guys were very nice and it was the best work I've had dome in a along time. It's clear perfection is key to them. I might get some doors next time. Thanks again.

Awful from beginning to end. The salesperson overpromised, the company underdelivered. We were told 10 weeks from ordering for our composite door and side-panels to be installed. After 12 weeks we hadn't heard from them. After chasing around 5 times we finally got an installation date. They then told us we couldn't have the glass we'd chosen. After choosing a new one, they then told us we couldn't have the side panels we wanted either. At this stage we were 18 weeks in. So they failed on the delivery date, they failed on the glass, they failed on the side panels. I then had to threaten them with legal action to recover our deposit, as they'd taken weeks over that too. Awful customer service too - 'we'll call you back' is to be taken with a pinch of salt the size of Everest.

Weatherguard Windows have done an amazing job for me. From start to finish their service was brilliant and all the work was carried out to extremely high standard. I was given really good advice at the ordering stage, kept fully informed whilst the product was on order and the installation was done by a fantastic team without any delays or hitches. I had the windows and doors replaced throughout my property plus French windows installed and I'm truely delighted with how it all looks and the high quality of the doors and windows. Without any doubt, I highly recommend Weatherguard Windows

Had 1 window replaced during lockdown due to a continuous draft coming through the old one right where we were trying to work. Weatherguard gave us a great price, and were very quick and efficient when it came to the replacement. The new window exceeded our expectations - the room is now noticeably warmer and outside noise much less noticeable.

Weatherguard replaced our single glazed wooden sash windows with double glazed wooden ones. They worked with us to ensure we got a traditional look to suit the age of the cottage. They were fitted well at a reasonable price with friendly fitters. Lots of people have commented on how good the windows look, we are really pleased with them.
