My previous reviews keep getting deleted and I wonder why, I gave this company over 3 grand to build a website, poor communication as was dealing with somebody in India with very little knowledge of English..
I got given a broken website and very poor hosting..
I’ve asked for my money back but funny enough all communication had stopped..

I have a broken website that can’t be used and no money to go with anybody else..
I want my money back

Promised the Earth from a slick U.K. salesperson. Contacted by an Indian web designer and a Philipino translator, as the Indian web designers English was so poor. The website site so far is littered with mistakes as the guy can’t speak or write good English.
I’ve been told they don’t do refunds, so contacting my bank to get a chargeback.
Shocking service!
Do not use this company!

This company has guided us through a difficult transition, from start to finish, they undertook a project to move our website and emails over to their servers, and have performed beyond expectations.

After a frankly painful experience with these guys I kept my hosting for a year, the support was hired out to a third party in India.

My hosting then renewed for a year and with 10 months left I had my website redesigned and hosted with another provider. When I explained to WebCreation that I am leaving despite paying for 12 months and that they needed to change the IPS tag so that the new provider could use my .co.uk domain name, I got passed around 5 different people and it took a week to do a 2 minute job.

After telling them how aggrieved I was at the service received and asked to be refunded I was advised that no refund would be received.

Genuinely poor standards, all third party foreign customer service. They blag UK account managers, but this isn't the case - please don't BS people.

A lot of money wasted with no return at all, no business generated from the website and no ranking on google.

So if you want a more pleasant experience go elsewhere or stick your face in dog t*rd, both are a better option than these.

My website is still in the process of being built . So far the experience has been brilliant always happy to answer my queries. Patient and very helpful with my limited knowledge of web design . I cannot wait to see my finished website design . Lovley friendly company to work with .
