I am very happy with the service I have received at WebCreation. They are very professional and work according to the client's specifications. I was particularly impressed with Sandra's homepage design and Anuj's capacity of turning my ideas into a reality; Webcreation is great!

I was also allocated a very understanding project manager (Dale) who worked well with me in order to initiate and make my project a reality. As a business team, Webcreation is very professional and highly recommendable.

Excellent Service, the staff are great to deal with, especially Sarah Cristobal who is well switched on.

I have so far been dealing with Luis and Corey in rebuilding my website. Both have been fantastic at what they have done so far, communication and quick response to my questions second to none! The initial layout is exactly what I wanted, and the quality of software used makes it all looking so bright and refreshing. Look forward to seeing the next pre view.....will keep you posted!

In response to Webcreation’s reply below - this was not my experience.
Webcreation signed me up for the start-up package with a predetermined budget. Webcreation indicates below that the budget is not realistic to achieve results. Perhaps it is a good time for Webcreation to review the package, the budget, and the way it is communicated.
My comments are based on the feedback I received from three SEO experts.

I appreciate your additional comments. I still maintain my comment that Webcreation sold me a product that they knew was unsuitable for me at the time. Webcreation’s response below confirms once again that this is the case, that my website was not ready for SEO support.

When we discussed the progress of the SEO support I was receiving we established that it was not a useful product for me and that I was wasting my money. Instead of a refund Webcreation sent me a quotation for a more appropriate product. I have since looked at reviews of other Webcreations clients on the SEO package and learned that I am not alone in feeling robbed. I've added my comments to help other people in my position make informed decisions about whether they are ready for Webcreations' SEO support. Buyer beware!

For the last the last 7 months the guys at web creation have been working on a complex bespoke website I asked for.
I found them from an advert I placed which subsequently led to a call from one of their guys called Shaun. Whilst I received numerous sales calls from various companies from the offset Shaun was clear on what I wanted and how they could help and more importantly gave me an excellent price which was made move favourable by the payment options they offered.
The development and build was at times challenging and complex but this was more through my wants and the changes I made all of which was accommodated by the developers.
When I originally contacted with Web C, Shaun offered his support if I needed assistance aid the future and gave me his number.
What I must complement him on was he followed this up and when we hit some tech glitches in development I called him to assist and he was all over the development guys providing support and guidance through to resolution, so fair play he was brilliant. The site is now live and I’m now working with the team on SEO improvements, again Shaun supporteD with putting together a great package and payment options.
Companies need to recognise the need to keep hold of good people and if the guys at WC read this I would suggest you take note and recognise Shaun for making you guys look great.

This was my first time needing a website to be developed for my pending business. I choose WebcreationUK and am so glad that I did. All areas of this aspect are available from themselves and they make the process very easy. My project manager Sally and web creator Saqib have been nothing but patient and professional through out and nothing has been too much trouble !

My website is not quite completed yet, but I am very impressed with everything so far. It is looking stylish and very professional, and at a very competitive price. Thanks to Armel and Kuldeep for their work so far, I can highly recommend this company!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the project manager and now I have a website I can't use because of its look. Although we had a thousand meetings, and we tried to explain our needs regarding the website design the project manager and developer were unable to put it in practice. We didn't ask for anything complicated, in terms of development everything worked well but the look and feel was highly amateur. We sent examples from other websites, and review after review the results were getting uglier and uglier. After six months having reviews and conversations we gave up and asked them to put it live the way it was.
