Had paid in full to have a website created via Webcreation via a UK based salesman however I was promised the earth and received a third party Indian speaking assistant from the other side of the world who couldn't understand my needs. This did not sit well with me so ended up getting a chargeback from my bank in full due to non receipt of services. Avoid these cowboys who deligate to non speaking or understanding foreigners who simply don't have a clue. Just to reiterate, the BANK gave me a refund and not Webcreation as they make out in their response! Also past reviews back up my statement regarding using foreign based designers and not UK. Accept an honest review and move on.

I found the step by step help on offer was brilliant. Loved the efficiency of the service. My manager Luis was very helpful and was happy to help at all times.

Brett produced a really professional web site which has received positive comments from everyone who has viewed it. As a complete novice to web sites, I needed a lot of assistance and guiding, but Brett was exceptionally helpful and made all the many changes I wanted quickly and efficiently. He has also provided easy to follow advice on editing and updating. Would recommend WebCreation UK

there are horrible, avoid them, it took them 2 years and the website still not finished, as soon as you pay your last payment they will totally ignore you

Very poor service, they will take your money upfront, and will not complete your website and will make excuses to not do anything, stay away from them!!!, they will give you readymade template which you can get from any web shelf and create your self why pay them, and they will ask you to complete every details, It has been more than 6 months I have provided the all the details and requirements but website is still not live.

webcreation are developing anew webpage for my pub, up to now the first stage had been excellent. Chris and the team always keep in touch and act quickly. I'm looking forward to the later stages of developing the site.
