I work with Webgains on a number of affiliate programmes and they are great to work with. One of the Account Managers, Hannah, is a pleasure to work with, offering a wealth of experience, she is always really engaged and quick to respond to any queries. The platform itself is also very easy to navigate.

Webgains have been fantastic with supporting us to launch our affiliate programs for several of our brands. The integration process has been quick and easy!

Webgains has a great diversity of brands on it's books from fashion to homeware to health. Most of the agents that manage the platform are organised and reactive which helps with the fast paced nature of affiliate marketing.

In less than 6 months working with Webgains, I am delighted with our growth in the affiliate space. Our account manager, Hannah has been incredible in helping build new relationships, and expand our reach. All of the team are a pleasure to work with, response times quick and provide helpful advice. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer services never answer queries ever by email, telephone or social media. At one point I thought they'd gone out of business! When I finally got through and received a phone call, the girl was extremely arrogant and belittling, very unprofessional and frankly downright rude.
These people still owe me over £200.000 for sales made to them. I am yet to receive payment.
Absolutely shocking, avoid like the plague!!
I will update this if I ever receive the money owed to me!!
Be very careful and if you can choose another affiliate company, then I suggest you look at paidonresults instead of these charletans.
