on 19th March I ordered a PlayStation 5. On 20th March it was delivered to me. I've taken it out, had a look at it, and had a change of heart that "I actually do not need this".
I have started the return process and on 21st March I sent it back. Eventually I've received confirmation via the Courier's App that the delivery reached the shop.
On the website, it's clearly written, that "You will then receive your money back within 3 days", but eventually on 26th March I received an email mentioning "Your return will be processed as quickly as possible. We aim to do this within 6 days".
"Has your return still not been processed 7 days after receiving this email? Please contact us."
I called them on 5th April and they mentioned because I've opened it and it's an expensive item, they cannot release the refund.
I called them on 10th April and they said that the case had been escalated and that if I do not get a call/email back by 12th April (Friday) it might happen the upcoming week (15-19 April, Monday - Friday). Guess what, NOTHING.
I called them on 22nd April, SAME LIE, that I have to wait for a week for somebody to contact me. The lady on the phone was even laughing at some point about my situation and did not want to collaborate when I asked to have the call redirected to the department in charge of this case nor with a supervisor/manager.
It's been ONE MONTH, and the whole process is terrible. Customer Support is terrible.

Getting a parcel is chargeable, return is chargeable. What kind of online shopping is this in todays's world? Really terrible experience so far, wouldn't ever order again!

I've tried no less than 12 times signing up an account, when I almost seemed to have achieved that the site defaults, then I get to make that account wachtword or password, then it defaults again, and again and again,,, its easy to sell Hugo boss at lowest price and get that click bait client, when they can never deliver,,, IF they actually has a physical shop then it's possible they have good parking lot possibilities,, online, it's a dissaster,,, so fellow clients, don't hold your breath for a good deal, cause it's all smoke and mirrors

I bought a bed from them which was faulty and incomplete but they denied to take it back because "I tried to install it' which they consider as used, even though it was incomplete. In the end i went to degeschillencommissie which forced them to take it back. So far I was thinking it was one incident but looking at the reviews now I realize they are known for such scams.

I bought a Siemens coffee machine. has been for repairs already. This took almost 30 days. Now gone in for second time in less than one year. Everytime courier delivers unit, then Wehkamp says it is not delivered. Then have to wait again. So now it has been 2 weeks already. DHL has delivered, but Wehkamp says no. Now I will be without this purchase again another 30 days. Why do you have such bad service and why do I have to send it so many times in one year for repair? When warrenty is gone I will have waisted 800 euro.

How strange my review on the website and on the product was not showing after 2 weeks. Well the reviews are not transparent.
First the bed is not the best for this price but is ok quality and not very sturdy seems like not long lasting especially the legs.
Second, I want to share the experience with customer service employees. Customer service waiting time is too long especially if you cant call them (when you are working for instance) and the customer service have little to zero empathy.

If you return smt keep your track and trace number always with you. They will not give your money back when they received the items. If you lose your trac&trace code you will not receive your money nor the item back!!

I received today a 15€ promotion code for everything and it is valid until 31 December, but when I tried it, it says that the code is not valid and I'm really unsatisfied with this service, I do not recommend buying anything from this website.

Ordered a rug which I want to return. On three occasions DHL has not shown up to collect it which means I still don't have my money back. Had to wait a total of 12 hours already. Very stubborn customer service from Wehkamp who only offer the option to make a new appointment in which they cannot guarantee that the product will be picked up this time. They offer a return service but apparently don't care if the product is picked up. Even suggested to bring the product somewhere myself but they are not willing to think with me.
UPDATE 11-09-22
On the fourth appointment they also did not show up and as a result of this review I emailed their social team twice but no response. Top service....

We ordered the Wehkamp Home bed Faro (180x200 cm). However, the base panel is only +-165mm wide so: - our mattress fits in at the top of the bed but not at the base - The shape is not square, its wider at the top of the bed than it is at the bottom I think we have the base for the smaller 160 x 200 bed.
I would like the piece replaced immediately as it has been almost a week now without a bed. I am not receiving feedback despite emailing and calling.

The worst of the worst retailers..... what a experience... i try to return a bed, they send me an email saying that i need to take it to a DHL point, i go and they can not return it, go to another lifting the heavy package with all the heat of the day, they tell me that it must be done with PostNL....unbelievable... all the wrong info this company can provide...spending time, money in parking.... really disappointed with this retailer...will never ever buy here, dont buy, better service with Bol.com or Coolblue

I ordered multiple rompers set for my new born baby and out of that 2 rompers set were in used and in washed condition. It is seriously very surprising. I ordered all rompers for C&A brand. From wehkamp it was my 1st experience to order online but they have made me disappoint.!!!

Horrible! After I had sent back a machine, I was supposed to get my money back. Well, a nightmare started! Many emails back and forth, my account number was supposedly not right (which wasn't true), had to send my ID and Copy bank which I did but the email address they had send was wrong, no reply to my emails, then lots of miscommunication and the request to send my ID again, complete silence... JUST AWFUL and they should fire everybody. Will never buy here again! #Amazon #Bol

Not received as promised and advertised. I ordered an article especially at wehkamp because it was ‘ ordered before 20h, tomorrow delivered’.
We are now 2 days later, evening, and the article is not prepared or sent yet.
A dhl number is given and when i go to the track en trace of dhl this number does not exist!
It is really lying when promising delivery the day after, Tomorrow will be three days but I am not yet sure I will get it.
Next time I will order at another shop, wehkamp is not trustable, I am very disapointed.
