I have been following the three month plan and I am very pleased with my weight loss.
The food as I am a vegetarian is very nourishing and satisfying.
My orders arrived on time and I was given .notice of when they would arrive. If I wanted to change my choice of food ordered for the following month the opportunity was there for me to do so.
I would recommend Weight to Go Roisin was always available if I had a query.

Ordered just the shakes, am having 3 per day and a low calorie meal with veg for tea. Done 3 days already and can honestly say I have not been hungry. The shakes are lovely and creamy especially the chocolate and toffee. I make mine in my smoothie maker. I haven't weighed yet but am feeling a lot better in myself, less tired and lethargic. Very reasonably priced, will definitely order again, really do recommend.

very happy with everything: from selecting my choices to delivery. the food taste really great too n i know they are good for me. i only wish i had started this before i ate the wrong foods and gained weight, so definitely looking to continue this long term

I ordered a weeks supply of weigh to go shakes, porridge crunch bars cookies, soups and meals.i was convinced that I would not be satisfied on these foods alone - I love good food, work, eat out, - your typical can cook can't wait for the food to be cooked / eat whether hungryor not emotional personality type. To be honest thought I had wasted my money. The staff were sympathetic and appeared to have tried the range and could give guidance on products that would suit my current eating pattern and may be versatile eg vanilla shake could be used as a warm latte to sip or porridge with added fruit or meals with additional green vegetables. The products arrived the following day. The important part is to keep the diary. I cannot say that I was hungry I did experience sugar cravings the first day but feel confident that it is possible to learn new habits, it really is not that bad, for me the double chocolate cookie is the worst! The soups and meals are fab. It is early days, I will use these products again . The cost is competitive and support is available

Was sent shakes with a use by date of just 6 weeks remaining. Called to let the team know and I was advised that I need to send them back at my own cost!

Just been on these foods just under a week,i must say everything i have had so far tastes way better than i thought they were going to.

Ever since I stopped smoking I put on weight and never had the enthusiasm to loose it, tried eating sensibly but liked the unsensible things as well. I tried Weight To Go through a package plan from Ideal World,5 day plan with 2 days off and lost 17 lbs in 5 weeks, and although I havn't re-ordered the meal plan I have continued with the shakes with fruit and nuts in a breakfast shake and sensible diet and still have 2 days for moderation with treats and now stable weight at 15 stone and 5ft 10 ins tall and still losing 2 to 3lbs a week.

I ordered my pre - op liver shrinking diet pack, I must express how impressed I was with the first class service and advice on which pack that would suit my needs best to purchase.


It arrived the following day by courier and I was taken aback at just how much I got for my money, wow, two very large boxes packed full of different flavours of shakes and soups.

I must say, Weight to Go service is fantastic, so quick. I have a problem though, my order was for the shakes, and some of them aren't thickening up! I have ordered before from the company and had the shakes every day for three months without any problems, they are delicious. The order I received a few days ago had two types of foil packaging, and I have tried two toffee and one strawberry from a thicker packaging and none of them have thickened, and I use my blender. Ive had a banana and chocolate from the thinner packaging with no problems. They are normally so delicious, has anyone else reported a problem? I hate to complain, but unfortunately I can't drink them when they aren't thickening, its bit like custard not thickening up Im afraid. Is there anything you can do to help?

I would certainly recommend all the products from WTG. Having tried Diet Chef also I have found WTG the much better choice and easier to manage.
