Bad quality and their size guide is trash. Then customer service wants more money to refund or exchange. I will definitely never order from here again and I will let everyone I know not to either. Their quality is bad and their customer service is worse.

This is definitely a scam website please do not buy anything.
I purchased six products worth 240 dollars on their website on October 24th, and according to their statement, they will be delivered within 15 working days. I haven't received any shipping news for seventeen days, so I contacted their customer service, but I didn't get any valuable reply, just some commercial excuses, you know it.
On the 20th day, I continued to contact their customer service website, and they told me that my product had not been shipped due to various reasons. I chose to cancel my order and give me a refund, but since then, their customer service is no longer reply to my email.
"TRASH"
UPDATE, it's December 1st, 2022 and they haven't shipped until now and still haven't heard back even after I sent them a foster lawyer

The quality of the products are okay. The sizing is a little bit on the small side, so I would recommend ordering a size up if you are from Europe etc. Contacted support to get a bigger size, really friendly support and are trying their best to help you when you want to return or exchange items. Shipping can take a bit longer than expected, this could be due to customs etc. So I don't think this is the store's fault. Overall a good experience buying and talking to support.

Absolute trash quality clothes.

They refuse to refund, and will simply stop replying after failing to convince you to keep the table cloth fabric they call clothes.

I have been over priced for bad quality wear and oversized they also took my money and didn’t send a item out I asked and asked and they are just playing people taking good peoples money for company restock all respect lost rotten people taking a chunk of money from a girl with Austism when winters coming up shame on you people cold and struggling in uk!

I’ve got to say, I got pretty impressed with the products they have to offer. It is not everyone’s taste, however I got really interested in a pair of paints with reflector pants. The discount price was honest (around 50€), had it been full price (99€) I would not have bought them.
The main Issue was waiting for more than a month before receiving them. Maybe because I don’t live in the US, but still. Quite a wait. However the customer service was really nice and professional and helped me a lot.

My son recently got into We Love Street, loves the clothes and found them easy to adjust to his size, hes typical 15yo skinny, tall and sweet...
This was my first time ordering clothes online and was very impressed with the size charts. They were easy to access and read. When I didn't understand, I dealt with only one rep, Violet, which was great to not have to repeat myself to 20 different reps.
Our emails got me the clarity on American and Aisan sizing and to read everything on the chart lol.
Violet set me up with the correct sizes and explained everything in very timely manner. I took my son's measuments and she confirmed the new sizes would be perfect👌🏼
The sizes were great, the kid loves them and arrival was fast.

I ordered a hoodie and the sizing was smaller than it said it should be on the measurement chart given on the website and I explained that to them and answered all their questions and was able to keep the hoodie that I originally bought and they allowed me to choose anything on the website as a way of apologising for the issues. Very good customer service and very polite. Would recommend and will buy from them again in the future.

Scam !!! Do not order from this website. I ordered a sweater on this website. The quality was so poor even Walmart clothes are better and then I wanted to send back this mop (this sweat is so low quality) and they did not give me the address. They just don’t want to refund customers. It’s just a scam do not waste your money on this unacceptable website!

Cheap, cheap products that weren’t properly sized. Contact customer support within a week of receipt to simply return the items I didn’t want and I can’t get a response. The phone number listed on the site also just rings through and nobody picks up. I had high hopes when ordering but am now out hundreds of dollars on cheap items I can’t return :/

Ordered a hoodie, quality was alright I suppose but feels a bit cheap considering the price. I ordered a large and was sent an extra large. This would be ok as I don't mind wearing baggy clothes but it's tiny. I usually wear a medium size in most clothing but this XL is too small? Clearly a cheap drop shipping site - do your research before impulse buying, this is not worth it. They likely won't send you the size you specify no matter what.

We order one size and they sent us a bigger size they did not fit my boy they were very very big. I called emailed and sent pictures of ordered size size sent and they refuse to fix problem. For the price in which I bought for his birthday then he opens and cried they were wrong size. This company can send free products to people to help business on you tube and fb but can't fix there problem instead they stop communication and ignore you. VERY VERY DISPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY AND RECOMENED NOT TO BUY WHAT YOU WANT CAUSE THEY SEND YOU WHAT THEY WANT. REPORTED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ALSO. PLEASE DONT BUY FOR THE PRICE AND WAY THEY HANDLE CUSTOMERS NEEDEDS.RODRIGUEZ

I purchased a shirt for my daughter from this brand and had an issue when it arrived. Violet Cruz in customer service went above and beyond to get the issue rectified. In addition i can speak to the great quality of the shirt that i did receive. Will definitely be supporting this brand moving forward!

The majority of the clothes were cheap polyester even though its says cotton, the sizes were all wrong. and the clothes stank?! ive seen 5 other sites with the same clothes for cheaper prices, its just another cheap dropshipping brand, dont waste your time.

I’m so angry that PayPal has gone to favour you guys because of a tracking number, I am so pissed that I have no goods and out of pocket. I never received my goods, never authorised for my goods to be left anywhere and did all the chasing between you guys and your freight forwarders to be screwed!!!

Fantastic experience with customer service about returning an item. The were responsive, considerate, understanding and generous.

In an order of 4 items, they send me 3 items with the wrong size !!
