Truly the best customer service experience I've had anywhere, not only they resent me my missed items free of charge but let me keep the item that was sent by mistake. Needless to say I will be coming back for more.

I give 5/5 stars for customer service. Violet from their team help me until the end to resolve an issue. Unfortunately, 8/15 days delivery shipping is not correct. I think it would depend on where you live. Living in Canada, I had to wait more than a month to get my package.

I should have read some of these reviews before ordering. I had a similar experience as many of the other people that ordered. They sent me the incorrect size and claimed it was the correct size. It was NOT. They replied to my first email and nothing after that. I call and email every day with no reply. And you cannot return anything unless they give you return info which they aren't doing. This is the worst customer service I've experienced. What company just randomly sends you what size they think you wanted? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you want to roll the dice with what size they want to send you.

My second purchase from these guys and I will keep buying. Love the look and how comfortable the pants are! I've even exchanged with these guys and they're respectful, a little slow but still good.

The support team from welovestreet is the best team I have ever worked with. I had an issue and they were able to fix it immediately. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I ordered 2 items from their website and it turns out good. The quality is not so much but I like the style. The size is different from what I ordered, but its good thing that it fits me. Other thing I like about them is that their customer service is very friendly and they answer your problems right away. Superb customer service!

Little disclaimer, this is purely a rating to their customer service. To that I only have two words, friendly and cooperative. I had issues with the items I wanted to purchase, sometimes because of them being in high demand and some because of work issues. Yet, they were kind and kept me notified. On top of that gave me an offer to compensate for the inconvenience. In conclusion, amazing service.

Very poor quality clothing looking very little like the website promised. Sought a refund and what a long story. For a $55 item it would have cost over $50 to return (!!) and no guarantee of a refund.

We kept being told to keep the hoodie we didn’t want like some sort of gift (??!) and if we paid another $20 we could get a t-shirt that was likely to be equally as crappy. Violet kept acting like she was doing us a huge favour. It was a long winded and terrible experience and in the end we gave up. My son was pretty disappointed as it was his birthday money.

This company is greedy and unethical. Avoid them at all costs.

I ordered a sweater. ( a beautiful one ) when i had not received new updates i contacted them and they answered me right away, happily updating me on where/when my shipment would arrive. i highly suggest this company as it makes the cutest street attire. i received my sweater and it was beyond my standards! one happy customer!

So I was a little skeptical but facts are facts. I spent almost 1k on gear from welovestreet and got....premium 100% fire quality products through and through. All of it was amazing no flaws, thank you guys for fulfilling my order, I even had ordered some shoes that were sold out and they replaced them with and even nice pair. Only complaint is I need more gear like this, more products to purchase different varieties, keep updating your catalog and I'll keep returning. Thanks guys!!

I have purchased from this company before and have loved every single piece. Unfortunately, one of the items I recently purchased was sold out and one of their team members reached out to me and I am so appreciative of their customer service. I will continue buying from them, and will be happy to do so!

Slight delay in shipping but they are were very communicative about everything beforehand and clothes feel like great quality look awesome and Violet Cruz was my support point of contact and was excellent at reaching back to me to clear up some misunderstandings i had.

Love the shoe and customer service is very prompt, polite and helpful.

Love the products and the customer service was great. I tend to get impatient and ask a lot of questions and Violet responded to every email patiently and professionally even when I was getting restless and antsy watching the tracking info - which isn't even in their control - but they kept answering my questions - even when I wasn't sure I was still gonna need/want the item. They did everything in their control and I am SO glad I didn't let my own impatients get the better of me - even tho the item was gonna be for something else initially I loved the item so much (sleeveless hoodie) I wear it everyday. And I will be getting another item from them.

Worthless and Violet from customers service is the worst. Don’t buy these shoes, there are a rip in het air, broke after one week and then there’s no possibility to retour or something so don’t buy them !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered several items for my college-age kids before and after the Holidays and could not have been happier. The quality was great and the styles are unique. I was worried before ordering, but everything was high quality and unique. We had a shipping issue that the company took care of right away and remained in contact. I had to return an item as well and they made it so easy and were on it! We will continue to purchase from this company and enjoy the unique hip designs.

Awesome clothing line! Well made and fits well. Customer service support also on par here as in quick response And assistance to my order. Highly recommended
