Correct items every time I order.
Always use these guys for service parts prices are reasonable and orders are correct. Had an issue and it was resolved to my satisfaction and they no longer stock that particular product.
I like there website as can dial in make and model and see what they have to offer.

High quality service and components.
First class service. I ordered the wrong rear wheel bearings for my 03 XJR. (DOH!!) I then ordered the correct ones plus dust seals, but wemoto were waiting on the seals ,and would send the parts as soon as possible. One and half days later the parts arrived. I was offered a full refund for the mis-ordered parts when I returned them. Quality parts,quality service.

Absolutely 1st class service provided by Wemoto. I purchased a Motobat battery for my Harley Davidson last September and fitted it to my bike, worked fine with no issues at at. Then recently upon attempting to start my bike I discovered the battery had died. I contacted Wemoto and spoke to Liam customer service team leader. Without any hassle Liam arranged for a new replacement battery to be despatched. Excellent service and would definitely recommend 👍🏻

We are sorry to hear about your experience however we feel that you review does not reflect the event.
You visited our showroom inquiring about a starter motor for your motorcycle. We checked our listings for the mentioned bike (GL 1200 1984) and found
that we could offer a starter motor. As you has brought your original one, we were able to compare them and some differences were pointed out
to you. We mentioned that the starter motor may not be suitable. Regardless of our advise, you decided to purchase the product.
You then come back the day later stating that it did not fit, that your motorcycle was actually an American import and that you would like a refund.
Upon inspection, we noticed that the product had been damaged / scratched by attempting to fit it to your motorcycle.
As it is our customer's duty to make sure products are kept in their original condition and packaging, we were unable to offer a full refund for a damaged product, however, we still offered a partial refund which unfortunately you found to be unacceptable.
A partial refund is still available if you wish.

brake pads for my Street…
Ordered all brake pads for my Street Triple RS on Wednesday evening, concerned that the order would not arrive in a few days due to stock I gave them a call. A very helpful conversation with WeMoto and they assured me I’d have my pads by Saturday, they came on the Friday so I was very happy with the service I received. The website was easy to navigate and I have no doubt I’ll buy from WEMOTO again. Also I’m leaving this review on my own steam , I wasn’t asked to leave a review. 10/10.

Fast delivery and well packed ( I was buying headlights!) I liked how you could choose between the alternative parts if you wanted to get a premium or off brand version depending on budget.

Parts were wrong
Parts were wrong, I did get grease over them and took off the package, full refund, they helped me source correct parts by me sending the originals out, fast phone calls and the operator had great knowledge, parts are so fast to be dispatched and received.
The email contact is very fast and replies in a matter of hours instead of days.
Highly recommend have been using these guys for the past year well happy.
