Service and communications must be improved
This order did not go well. Poor communication from the company resulted in a 3 day delay and me having to initiate phone calls to sort it. I originally gave a poorer star rating but as the owner has apologised and pointed out he did give me an extra 10 bottles I have amended it to 3 stars. Hopefully he will be better at communicating in future.

Disappointing
First purchase with this company and really disappointed. The bottles were posted with no fill packaging and I assume got damaged and scratched because of this. The price point is low but not worth it if you receive products you can’t sell/repackage.

Plastic not glass
Unfortunately, I googled glass bottles and thought that was what I ordered. They are not glass, they are plastic. I really wish when you google something it would give you what you ask for.

Surprised how cheap
I was surprised at the price when everywhere else was charging ridiculous prices for one bottle! For one bottle on Amazon it was £12 each, on this site I got 20 bottles for £7! And they were better suited for what I needed. So I decided to search the rest of their site and added 4 different sized bottles as they were only 48p each... and they're all PET or HDPE plastic too.
Delivery is added on at the end, £4 something for 5-6 working days, £7 something for 1-2 working days and £11 something for next day delivery.
