Bought a bulk quantity of bottles from this company and was sent the wrong size for every bottle (different height and shape), rendering them unsuitable for my purposes.

While frustrating, this needn't have been a major issue -- the company simply needed to process my return and send out the correct bottles or refund me. The company was very slow to reply to my emails, however, taking several days at a time and leaving messages until late on a Friday night, but after a protracted back and forth (in which I had to chase them up for a reply and repeat my issue) agreed to arrange a return. They then abruptly emailed me with vague and confusing details about new stock they had coming in and could send to me, but they never clarified exactly what this meant.

They never followed up on my reply to this or sent me a return label, and it's now been over a week since my last email to them. They claimed to have updated the erroneous listing, but I checked it afterwards and it looked exactly the same. Messaging them further feels like a waste of time, and I simply don't trust them to actually refund me if I send my order back to them out of my own pocket (other reviews suggest they haven't honoured refunds for items sent back), so I've had a large box of bottles I can't use obstructing my hallway for the past few weeks now. It shouldn't be this difficult to arrange a simple return based on a mistake the company is responsible for.

In short, We Sell Bottles listings are inaccurate, their customer service is shoddy and their returns & refunds procedure is non-existent. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Fantastic service and such quick delivery. Highly recommend and will be back again.

If I could give a minus I would . Terrible customer service no apology given when they send jars without lids . Tried to argue that I wasn’t in when I work from home . Avoid avoid avoid avoid . Don’t say you haven’t been warned

Bottles never arrived, terrible to get an honest reply, promises broken, I am sure they didnt have to bottles in the first place. then it took more calls and weeks before we got a refund.

No hassle. Easy to buy from. I bought the 200ml screw top pet jars. Excellent value for money. I only bought a small amount to try them out. I have ordered more as they are perfect for what I need them for. Also my package arrived in a recycled box, which is good for the environment

I have been waiting a week for my items, and it's still not arrived I paid extra for next day delivery and this is a joke, apparently no one has been in for the attempted delivery, but no one has knocked the door.

Ordered a very small amount of bottles.
Item turned up some were in the package as expected but 4 were not, they only sent the lids and caps and not the actual bottles.
I took photos and explained then they said open the mailer bag inside the box (I said I had already and that on it was just the lids).
It was simply a case of someone had forgot to pack the actual bottles.
They said they would send them, I said I was in a hurry as they were for a business trip.
A week later still no bottles and the emails they used to respond to almost immediately have had no response.

Have raised it with PayPal for a refund and of my postage because now I have to order elsewhere as these cowboys can't get their act together!

Called a liar even though photo evidence sent of damaged boxes that were not sealed properly resulting in missing items. poor customer service
