11/10 For Customer Service
I thought there'd been a mistake with my order, so sent an email - I needed my jars urgently. Within just a few minutes, I received not an email, but a phone call. Yes! I spoke to a real person who contacted me promptly to resolve my issue! It turned out to be my mistake, but I have to say that I was surprised by that level of customer service, which is rare to find these days. Keep up the good work and thanks for responding so quickly and personally.

Worst customer service ever
I repeat, do not order from this company. Not only will they get your order wrong, with items missing and order delivered in tattered packaging, you will have to chase endlessly to get your refund after returning the messed up order. Terrible customer service!

Poor packaging seems to be the form…
Poor packaging seems to be the form from we sell bottles but this time it was much worse. An old amazon box - no problem with recycling. But hardly taped up correctly and a huge hole in one side of the box. How much stuff did I lose during transport - who knows. As the plastic tubs weren’t even bagged up correctly inside the box. Disappointed

Strong and durable plastic containers
Perfect size for a bag of cat treats. The re-sealable bags were driving me nuts. These jars with screw top lids are easier to handle.

I ordered jars on the 31st of May and still didn't get it.
I would like to get back my money. Bad experience. Never again. I called the company on the on the 8th of June. They said the order goy lost on the way (?) Got promise they will send it again and I'll get it next day and still nothing. Now I only want my money back.

Good priced products but poor delivery service, despite paying extra for next day delivery, poor telephone manor and very little help when contacted and were rude to my partner when we did get through. Would not recommend.
