DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING YOUR NEXT VEHICLE FROM WESLEY CHAPEL HONDA THEY ARE DISHONEST

I took my nephew through to view a 2013 Elantra advertised by Wesley Chapel Honda a few days ago. Prior to doing so I checked the online advertised price of $10999.00. As an interested customer one has the option of requesting an instant internet discount price. The link is just a scam asking you to provide a definite day and hour for a test drive, no discount offer is sent to the customer. Upon arriving at the show room we were assigned Dan as our salesperson. He wanted to be in total control and began playing his games as taught by the management sales team. Instead of starting with a discount internet price or even beginning with the advertised online price he quoted a higher price on the vehicle. I like no haggle buying, did not have a trade and was paying cash. Dan said cash is no advantage to the deal, there are several other fees which the dealership has to include as their is no profit in the sale of the vehicle. He began by adding on a re-conditioning fee of $1500, then added a dealership fee of $750, the only ligit fees were FL sales tax of 7% and tags and registration. By the time we had a final price the vehicle was over $14000.00 When they finally came back down to the online adverstised priced of $10999.00 Dan and his sales manager whom he kept running to every few minutes acted like they were doing us some great favour. We finally just made our final no haggle out the door offer of $11,5000. Dan said they would not even consider the offer and then pitched a tantrum fit like a spoilt child when we left. Later the dealership called and promised that Dan would call and try to make a new deal, but he never did.

BUYERS BEWARE WESLEY CHAPEL HONDA GETS YOU IN THE DOOR, MANIPULATES FIGURES, PLAYS EVERY SNEAKY GAME IN THE CAR SALESMAN'S BLACK BOOK TO GET AS MUCH OUT OF YOU AS POSSIBLE!

Terrible experienci

I have purchased 2 new cars from Wesley chapel Honda and had been very happy with my experience at this dealership until today, I came into the dealership to purchase a third car from them, a 2016 accord touring. I was greeted by Tony Snyder, whom may I add was very friendly and treated me how a buyer should be treated. Everything was perfect and I would've been set to make a deal until Mr. Luis Tamayo came over to "negotiate." Mr. Tamayo was very arrogant and acted like a malapert, he had no interest in my needs and INSTEAD was questioning my decisions. He spoke to me as if I was a complete idiot, speaking over me and cutting me off. When I let Mr. Luis Tamayo know I would not be buying from them simply because I didn't respect his attitude nor the way he was speaking to me, he subtly slammed the paper that contained my "deal" on the table and went on to sarcastically tell me to "have a good day" then proceeded to walk away, exhibiting more of an attitude rather than offering an apology. I have never felt so disrespected at a dealership, I drive from my home in Brandon Florida to Wesley chapel simply because I had been happy with this dealership and am a loyal customer. I purchase a new car every one to two years and like I said this WOULD'VE been my third car purchased from this dealership had I not received the treatment I received from Mr. Luis Tamayo.

never make a deal bc they don't hold their end of it

Bought a used 2015 Chevrolet equinox from wesley chapel Honda, at first everyone was great then once paper work was done service went down hill. We left with an empty gas tank, the finance deparment didn't hold their end of the deal, instead we were basically told we are saving 2000 dollars in the long run and to take the deal or get a higher interest rate. We had agreed to put 1000 down if they came down 1000 from the price our our vehicle they counteracted and said they would bring down the offer if we put 1210.70. We agreed and in the end they did not hold up their end of the deal or disclose they weren't going to either.

Great salesman and helpful staff

Tino my salesman was excellent. Helpful and not pushy and did everything he could to get me in a new car. The financing process was a nightmare at the beginning but when I changed to Brad to help with my financing he gave exceptional service. He is fantastic at his job and very knowledgeable. I would tell anyone looking for a car to go see these two gentlemen they will not give up till you drive away in the perfect car. Thank you Tino and Brad in fully satisfied in my purchase.

Customer care ends after your purchase!

If I could take the one star away I would. Horrible customer service!!! I have 2 vehicles that I recently refinanced. The bank advised to go to the dealers and request a refund on the GAP insurance. I went to Honda first, it took all of 5 minutes I signed one form. The other dealer asked much more questions and had more paperwork to file which made me go back to Honda to make sure everything was correct and to get the number of the company so that I could check the status. I have been leaving MULTIPLE messages for the finance department to get back to me. After the 4th message with no response I spoke to the receptionist who assured me she would pass my message and inquiry along to the finance manager. I left a few more messages. Never heard back from ANYONE. Its been over a month since I went to the dealer to get a refund on my GAP insurance which at the time I was told it could take 2-3 weeks. After researching and finding the company on our own my wife gets in contact with them and finds out...THE PAPERWORK HAD NEVER BEEN FILED!!! Thank you Wesley Chapel Honda for your follow up, concern, dedication to excellence and your AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I'll be SURE to tell a friend about my experience.

Thank you Tony!

Thank you Tony Snyder! Tony helped me find a 2010 Honda Pilot that fit my family's needs. It was a no pressure sale and I appreciated that. I love my Pilot!

Wesley Chapel Honda and Tony Snyder are the best!

We purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot from Wesley Chapel Honda and Tony Snyder. It was by far the best experience we ever had purchasing a vehicle.
Tony went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with everything. I highly recommend anyone looking fro a Honda to contact Tony Snyder at Wesley Chapel Honda. They are by far heads and tails above any dealership around!

wow!

it was so easy working with Chris to get the Jeep that I've always wanted! I've already recommended Wesley Chapel Honda to my parents and friends. My parents just bought a jeep from them as well! It's a wonderful place to do business.

Third Honda in 3 years! LOVE this place

My husband and I have purchased three Hondas in the last three years from them. Two were brand new and one used vehicle. Salesmen are always helpful, service department is always fantastic! Also bought a BMW three months ago from a different dealership and the experience was HORRIBLE! If they would have had the BMW I wanted I would have never gone anywhere else. I love this dealership and service center. Will never go anywhere else. Will continue to buy ALL my cars here.

poor customer service from beginning to end

I purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado from Wesley Chapel Honda.at first all seemed to be going really well I had stopped in the dealership and told the salesman the particular vehicle I was looking for within a week later I had a call back from the salesman letting me know that they had found the exact vehicle and also in my price range. upon arrival the next day to take a look at the vehicleI decided to move forward with the purchase. that's where things began to go south. the 2007 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ model had no key fob to utilize the keyless entry also was missing the owners manual these to me we r simple things. I asked the sales manager 2 please include a new key fob an owners manual with the vehicleI was told at that time that would not be a problem at all as those are very easy to get. moving on with my final paperwork the total purchase price of the vehicle adjunct $2000 from the price I was told on the phone just the day before. when I asked the $2000 price difference was because supposedly of gas prices gas prices have gone down the day of my vehicle purchase therefore they saidthe vehicle was now worth two thousand more dollars. seems petty but I refuse to pay the 2000 extra dollars and was not going to move forward with the new purchase. at that time the sales manager agreed to take the $2000 off the total purchase price. . Going back to the owners manual and key fob that I was promised verbally by the sales manager I was told want all my paperwork was done did they would not be able to provide me with those items until a couple of days. Dublin days pass 9 heard no information from the dealership I called you find out if they located aki bob owners manual for my new vehicle I was then told they were happy I was calling because they read been a mistake in my paperwork and I would need to add a 2000 dollar more down payment. And that into I've made that 2000 dollar more down payment I would not get my key fob or owners manual I'm sure there are other bad experiences that I am forgetting to mention all in all I had to come up with 2000 more dollars to keep my vehicle and have now on myvehiclel for 7 months and still no keys or owners manual. Hands down the worst customer service I have never experienced from a car dealership.I will not be returning to purchase another vehicle from Wesley Chapel honda.

Okay experience

We got a great deal on the truck. Our sales person seemed a little out of touch and overwhelmed. He made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Once the truck was sold to us, it seemed like Wesley Chapel Honda wiped their hands of us and didn't seem eager to answer any further questions or concerns about the vehicle.
