Automated Garador supplied by Wessex Garage Doors
I have had an automatic Garador fitted by Wessex Garage Doors and is now about 5 months old. It has come off of it's track and has jammed. I reported it to Vistry the builder who contacted WGD on 24th March. I chased for a reply on the 26th to be told I won't get anyone until after Easter some time!! That's going to be 2 weeks, unacceptable I feel under normal conditions but I have disabled equipment and medicines stored in there and a fridge full of BBQ food for Easter all going to waste now. If I had my car in there that would be locked away and we would be isolated. Be careful with what you choose with regard to reliability and after sales service
