Went for an MOT after being recommended by a friend. My car was collected and dropped off to my address which was very handy. Customer service was very thorough and friendly. Work on the car was very quick and cost efficient.

I went in for an MOT and received friendly service and advice. As my car had to stay in for repairs I was provided with a complimentary courtesy car, which was very much appreciated.

Friendly staff and perfect service

When I got an issue with my car or I need an MOT done, I call Westbere Garage, in Sturry near Canterbury. Not only I have with them a team of experts, but they go the extra mile as to make your time without your car as light and painless as possible. Garry will come, leave his car in front of your house and collect your vehicule. He then keep in touch to update you on the progress of the repair. When you call them you get Ernie on the phone, he will sort out all your problems, even offer solutions to spread the cost to lightened the burden. It take generally 24 hours and your car is back in front of your house, fixed, washed and valeted. Garry will bring it back with a smile and a word of confort. It's never been so pleasant to have a car problem.

Chose Westbere garage for an Oil changed, they are my go to garage due to the service they provide and prices. Gary picked my car up in the morning and dropped back at lunchtime, Gary was super helpful throughout called me promptly after booking to sort out a pick up time and also kept me updated before dropping back, hats off to him. Another top job by westbere.

Westbere had my car as the head gasket had blown warping my engine I thought my car was going to be scrapped as was totally un repairable but Brian and Gary have done the impossible and returned my car in a perfect state I would say the service the contact from westbere garages was exceptional fr9m now on its the only garage I'm using outstanding lads and cheap its nice to find an honest mechanic that knows his job

They had my car two days before they started the work. Went in for work on the back of the car and come out with a broken clutch. Reception staff were incredibly rude, hung the phone up on me twice and spoke with attitude, told my partner to “shut up” Charged me for the clutch they broke. After 3 full days I got my car back with the clutch fixed but the main problem I went in there for still not started on.
