Extremely helpful as was unsure what was wrong with my vehicle as engine light came on and car wasn’t going over 20mph, Went to other garages they couldn’t help, Westbere booked me straight in when I called them and explained that I needed my car for work and couldn’t work till the car was fixed, they sorted the fault and I had the car back the following day. So grateful - thank you westbere .

Had my car in for MOT and full service at this garage, they even collected my vehicle from home and returned home same day for me. Fantastic service would highly recommend.

My car had broken down in Canterbury, I rang westbere mot centre and they was with me within half hour, got the car back to the garage fixed the problem within a few hours and I was able to even collect the kids in time for school pick up! Recently had a MOT and a service done to my vehicle. As my roof liner was sagging, the team went the extra mile to return my vehicle as always, serviced, cleaned and roof liner sorted. I have been using this garage for 36 months refering family and friends to experience such brilliant and honest service. To the management and staff, thank you once again for your friendly, efficient and reliable service...from the pick up to the return of my beloved vehicle, service with a smile.. I definitely will only be using Westbere garage going forward and will continue to recommend them to everyone.

Westbere garage, my favourite garage in Kent. Came to change my car battery, and as soon as i arrived, Sheriff was at hand to help me change my battery over. Excellent customer service by all the staffs there. Nice and warm customers waiting room, with free refreshments. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone.

I took my car to Westbere Garage for and MOT and a noise problem that had been worrying me for 6 months.
When I arrived at the garage, I was bit concerned because the website photos are different from the Garage itself.
As I arrived, I tried to find a reception area but had to walk through the garage, past a welder who was spraying all over the place, to find the garage owner.
They carried out the MOT.
I explained to the garage owner, Ernie what the problem was and, in his words, said he’d put his ‘Audi Master Mechanic’ on the job.
He then introduced me to someone, and we went on a test drive, not far because the noise was obvious straight away.
I then left the car with them, and they diagnosed it as drive shafts.
They replaced one and said all fixed, the noise was still there. Took it back, they changed another drive shaft, all fixed he said, still the noise existed plus there was a vibration.
At this point I paid £1300. They took it back for the 3rd time, replaced something else, said all fixed, I drove it down the road, the noise was still there.
I drove straight back, told Ernie that it was not fixed, and he said, its probably a pulley? Plus, I had to give the mechanic £20 for fuel because he’d decided to go on a 20-mile drive to see if the noise was still there.
At this point, I had enough, they obviously were not capable of fixing it, so after arguing with the poorly spoken mechanic, I decided to take the car away.
I then took the car to an Audi main dealer at a cost of £384 to get the car checked. They diagnosed injectors but also noticed that the steering rack gator was split (an MOT failure) and all the fixings had been broken and cable ties used.
I paid Audi £1400 for new injectors, job done.
I asked ‘Ernie’ the garage owner if I could have my money back because the parts, he replaced were never the problem. He refused and said he can look at the car again.
As you can imagine, I didn’t want them anywhere near my car, I’d lost all confidence in them.
After many emails to Ernie I said, can you meet me halfway and pay 50% of the cost, so £650, this sounded fair to me, after all not my fault at all, Ernie again refused.
It is a real shame that they acted in this way and took my money, misdiagnosed the problem costing me a small fortune.
To be honest, the business is a bit fly and trying to get an invoice for the work is difficult, Ernie likes to keep things simple.
Anyway, the whole experience was disgraceful and unwarranted. Just be careful people and be aware of what goes on behind closed doors, if you can!

Had car in for Service and MOT.
All works completed to high standard.
Just need to make sure they keep up the excellent customer service.

The guys at Westbere just sorted out my jammed car boot in no time at all yesterday, the car was collected and returned on the same day at an unbeatable price.
Excellent communication as always, they even called later to ask if I was happy with the work!!
I wont be going anywhere else.

I purchased a used car privately recently and unfortunately it came with quite a mechanical issue. Sherif at westbere garage was recommended by a friend . My car is now running perfectly, always fairly priced and even provided me with a car for work . I cannot fault their service and recommend them to others without hesitation

The Team at Westbere garage are excellent nothing is ever to much trouble, and the quality of service is always great, extremely knowledgeable team, they look after not only my vehicle but my partners and children's cars aswell, highly recommended for 10 out of 10 service.

I can not express how fantastic the guys at westbere garage are if I could give more stars I would , had car booked in for mot pick up but two days before my car broke down at home I couldn’t get Rac to come out as didn’t have at home (long story !) anyway rang garage and they come out to have a look was battery wouldn’t hold charge so they took it for me that day took a lot of stress away ! Mot , costing , communication , friendly honest every thing you want from a garage better than any chains !! My go to from now on with out a doubt highly recommend . Becky
