Amazing Service from collection to delivery, can't tell you how thankful I am that I have found an honest garage. Recommendations all round.
And you fixed my heater which I didn't even tell you about- but so very grateful at -3° this morning.

This garage is an RAC recommended garage but I would not allow this garage to touch my car again. I had a faulty indicator switch which required a replacement relay. The charge for the work £274! I was told by the owner/manager that they carried out a Diagnostic check and called in a specialist to carry out an ECU check but they could not/would not supply me with any paperwork for these checks which lawfully I am entitled to receive. Apart from the two checks, together totalling £115, they replaced the bulbs and a new relay for which they charged me £114. This was calculated at £55 for labour, plus 2 bulbs, a relay and sundries £59(?) I received no explanation as to what sundries were required. They also put 25.6 miles on my car for which I was told they undertook a road test! I made a formal complaint to the RAC, which meant numerous emails to Westbere Garage as well as to the RAC and eventually I received a refund of £200. I would suggest anyone using this garage asks for a thorough explanation as to what work is to be carried out and also to request a detailed invoice accompanied by all paperwork for any tests undertaken.

Brilliant garage …. There service here is second to none !!!! Really helpful. My car broke down and they had it in straight away & offered me a courtesy car. Really reasonable prices .. will continue to use them. Ernie is amazing !!!

The best experience i ever had with a garage. Had my mercedces ml mot and service they collected my car and done the job, when the car was it was fully washed and drove much better after the service will surely be using again and highly recommend.

Westbere garage were great at dealing with both of our cars- quickly fixed one and gave us a replacement whilst more serious repairs took place on our second car. Could not recommend them enough. Very helpful and efficient with reasonable prices! I’ll be taking my cars there in future.

I change the gearbox with them. It works fine and they did the job on time with nice price.

Had a Mercedes E-class with a major oil leak was recommended to go to westbere garage to have checked. They inspected the car and found the problem was called and quoted a fair price to replace sump pan, work was done to very high standard and no more leaks. Very highly recommended will be using. 5 star service

booked in tuesday for cambelt change 4 hrs job told not ready till Wednesday. Load of excuses, now won't be ready till Thursday. Not first time rubbish service. Avoid if possible

dont uae this garage as customer service is bad took 2 cars to this garage .one come back with broken key.and the other car is not even drivable anymore .rang garage many of times no one gets back to you.

I booked my service through "Servicing Stop" who tried to sting me for a small fortune. Thankfully the guys at Westbere completed the job for a fraction of what Servicing Stop tried to con me out of.
Had a small problem with the car the following day so popped in to Westbere Garage and they were very quick to sort it out for me. Great guys, great service. Highly reccomended
