!!!BEWARE THESE CONMEN!!!
phoned 2days prior to viewing the car yet they had nothing on their system about the Preplanned viewing, the car was worse than what the pictures showed on adverts on their OWN website to the point it had mud up the whole passengerside... great first impression of the car thats before the fact the Battery was dead, Airbox cover burred by radiator fan that was lose, nasty scrapes on front&rear Bumpers, missing parts like door light covers/door lock cap missing/Parcelshelf missing/undertray missing, Reverse camera not working even tho it was shown working in advert picture, DPF filter was blocked and no Adblue in tank (warning lights on dash aswell as dash cluster was blinking due to faulty electrics) Then about a mile down the road on Testdrive the Clutch&Flywheel gave up (haha you cant make this sh!t up). They seem to have no idea what they are doing, know nothing about cars, we even offered high price for the vehicle £5000 before even seeing the car (as we wanted to take away same day) which they refused and would only drop £300 from £5990.

So if you have seen the Adverts about this particular vehicle ( VW SHARAN REG NUMBER BX63 CXJ ) Then you should shaRUN from this car as fast as you can

Great service by a great team. The staff are really friendly and helped us secure the right family car. Things don't always go right first time. I went back with some small issues that they were happy to attend to and even threw in a free valet for my trouble. Really impressed and will defo be back.

DO NOT USE !!! Car was not road worthy and sold as a safe vehicle with their safety checks !! Work was welded rather than replaced to the subframe , could of caused an accident or cost lives !! NOW the car EA13 RFZ has been rejected and not fit to drive BUT they are re-selling this on auto trader . Awful experience , stress and inconvenience but thank god no one got hurt. Do not buy from these people !!!

Exceptional 5-star experience

Service was highly efficient without the usual rush often encountered during car purchases. The salesman was courteous, personable, and knowledgeable.

He explained everything clearly and understandably. The staff were friendly and approachable, allowing me to take a test drive and inspect the car without any pressure.

There’s far too many things wrong with my car to go into detail. Dodgy when we bought it, was told it would be fixed, it wasn’t. Since buying it in January it’s had £1500 worth of repairs done. Staff couldn’t be less interested. The cherry on top of the cake was “We can’t help you with that. I’ve worked here long enough to know what I’m talking about”. Took to a local garage for 2nd opinion and car was not actually road safe. Please never buy from these people.

So I did actually buy a 7 seat car on 8th May. Which on 9th was showing lack of fuel warning and subsequently "transmission limited function" after much argument the car was returned & straight back for sale the next day!! Buyer beware, also avoid ford galaxy reg ending MUC it's a pup! I was insulted, belittled and mocked by the owner Adam. It's been a truly traumatic experience for me, which days later I'm not recovered from. I have fibromyalgia so triggered by stress, it's been stressful.

Our daughter bought a car from this company on 14 June last year. She had nothing but trouble with it from the start so eventually sold it for scrap at a considerable loss in November. We have recently discovered that the car is back on the road; our daughter is being sued for an unpaid parking ticket (we can prove irrefutably she was in hospital in a completely different location that day so could not have possibly been the driver). We do not know how the parking company obtained her details as despite paying for the road tax at the time and being given several assurances by the dealer, the purchase was never registered with the DVLA, essentially meaning that she has never legally been the registered keeper and her insurance was possibly invalid. Fortunately she wasn’t involved in any accidents prior to the sale but that’s not the point. Be very aware that these people can’t be trusted.

Avoid at all cost brought a 17 plate vauxhall astra estate grey, had a week to get it ready and was told to be there for 4 and car wasn't even there to even look at let alone buy. Fail mot on tyres so was sat waiting till 7.30 at night at which point couldn't veiw of test drive as garage had closed and left a colleague to drop off outside dealership. Now problems not shown in pictures on the add. Full of faults worst being gearbox bearings about to fail had a rac approved garage confirm this as the garage I used to have it diagnosed at wasn't good enough apparently. Wasn't serviced rear camera didn't work trims not put in properly and hanging off in places duck tape holding rear boot trim on, no aerial had some kind of knock to passenger side rear quarter panel could see filler pits and some kind of knock to front end as different shade bumper and don't line up big gaps in lights. Went on 3months trying to return the vehicle and its just finally gone back and they saying I've damaged the car and charging me mileage. Even tho I've prof that damage was already there and time and date stamped. So avoid at all cost cars are not fit for the roads. Finance has just been unwinded so been advised from them to take it through the financial ombudsman and small claims to try and recover some of my cost of losing work no car as couldn't use it and payments made on the car garage fees for vehicle diagnostic and inspection at 2 separate garages which I was told to do. They think they have got away with ripping me of but it's not over . Oh and they put the car straight back up for sale once I dropped it off and i was still paying the finance for 5 weeks after. If I could put a picture of the car I would. The reg is SC17YHG hopefully this will help some other poor soul that thinks about buying it.

Brought a astra gtc in February. Head gasket went few months later. Put it in a garage to find it had major front end damage that had been repaired to a low standard. Jay was not interested. Finance got the garage to collect the car as not fit for purpose. Put it up for sale the next day. Need reporting for selling dodgy motors. Avoid.

The service received was fantastic, they answered all my questions and went through the car clearly through from viewing to securing it.

Avoid !!!!!! This company sold a car to us with a questionable MOT. We have reported them to the motoring ombudsman and to trading standards. We are currently suing them through court to recover costs for repairs to the vehicle that they promised to pay for. (We have that in writing from them) The car they sold us was vehicle checked after purchase by the AA who confirmed the massive corrosion and damage to major parts underneath the vehicle should have been highlighted on the MOT. We showed Westbrook the video evidence and they confirmed it was indeed strange ???

Excellent 5 star experience

Very efficient service, not rushed which often happens when comparing buying. The salesman was very polite, friendly and knew his stuff.

Explained everything in easy to follow terms. Staff were friendly, approachable and I was able to take test drive and inspect it without pressure.
