I would recommend Westbrook - I was impressed by the pleasant, helpful manner of Jay and his colleagues and am very happy with my purchase - all went very smoothly.

As a key worker I really needed a car, the whole process was made really easy for me and they dropped the vehicle off to me. I was really impressed with the level of service and care received from jay. He ensured everything was done as agreed. Really good place thank you so much

I will give 0 star if it's possible . I bought a CRV Honda from this place .The car was advertised with all working extras and was looking good on the pictures . When I went there for viewing the car , Jay (seller ) had to jump start the car because of the Covid19 situation that was his excuse . I didn't say anything against that but because of this the navigation system unit wasn't working and ask for security code . There was marks from hit on the back bumper and was smelling awful 😖 😫 because the previous owner was owned a dog . Because of this reasons and his absolutely word that the navigation system is working but I have to retrieve the code from Honda dealership he made a discount of 200£ . When I went to Honda dealership for the code from there they let me know that no one on earth can make this navigation system working . I give them a call ( to Jay ) straight on and actually he spoke with the person from Honda , when he gets back to speak with me he asked me for £200 so he will give me the code . I couldn't believe what I heard at that moment . He was asking for all the discount which is based on many other points so he can give me a code 😠😡. I still can't take the dog hair out from the boot cover . Without working navigation radio unit I can't use many other functions of the vehicle like a back camera vision, phone connectivity and so on A.just to mention the car has 3 months guarantee which looks like is just another trick so they can take your money. I will take this company to the court as I have witnesses for every each word Jay have told us , but I'm writing this review so I can make aware of another potential victims ( customers) . Do not trust these people and do not trust this company because they don't take responsibility for the customers.

Bought a galaxy from here , Jay added a service free of charge . Came with a 3month warranty . Am very pleased with the car , when it did develop a problem , I spoke with Jay and he had it sorted straight away . No more problems . I would definitely recommend them and buy from them again .

Cannot fault the service I received from westbrook car sales. I purchased an Aud a3 they had a new mot put on the vehicle for me and got it serviced too. I was really happy with the way they handled everything all round. I have had no issues with the vehicle so really glad to buy from this dealership.

Recently bought a used car from Westbrook Car Sales to which they ‘kindly’ put a years MOT on with a 3-month warranty. Howerever, on the 80 mile journey home I began noticing a knocking from the passenger side rear wheel. After consulting a local trade professional the near side rear shock absorber was deemed ‘knackered’, and ‘should never have passed the MOT’. The car was also missing the foot mats and parcel shelf. In total, the car has cost me an additional £140 for the shock absorber, £45 for the mats, and £120 for the parcel shelf. A total of £305 in parts. The customer service I had there was good, however, they are clearly lacking the required standard of mechanics/small detail that is required of a trustworthy car dealership. I would like a response and a resolution to these issues.

Really easy going and no hard sales, liked how they let you test drive the vehicle and let you do all the checks without standing over you. Really great service.

Purchased a Seat ibiza fr and I have been really happy with my car, When I went to make the purchase the guys were really good and easy to deal with, really enjoyed the experience i had with westbrook cars. The warranty they gave with themsleves is fantastic my car required a small repair and they were prompt got the part in and got the work carried out with no cost to me.
Overall they are very good to deal with and im glad I purchased my vehicle from here.

Fantastic and really impressed with these guys. We dealt with Jay who has been excellent with us. Friendly and easy to talk to. We purchased a ford smax titanium model. Found the exact car we wanted and we were not dissappointed when we came to check it out. We had all the time to check the vehicle and make our mind on it.
Jay got the mot done as promised and even gave us a free service that we were really happy about. We got the warranty they do themselves and I must say I was so impressed with the way they handled everything. After 2 months the starter motor started playing up mostly due to the cold weather. I contacted jay who got us booked in straight away and they covered the costs of the repair. A good garage that looks after their customers and quick turnaround. Happily recommended to everyone

I really must thank the staff at westbrook car sales for treating me as a valued customer. From chatting to them contrived nor awkward, just good people looking after their customers, which is why I shall return when I want to replace my latest car and will recommend to my friends and family.

The selection of cars they have at great prices was impressive. I test drove a Volvo v50 and then bmw 330d touring which I bought. Not based on the price but fact how the car fitted me. No one pressured me, and I was left to look around the vehicle which was nice. I found the whole process to be both stress and hassle free.

The part exchange process was painless too, unlike some. I was realistic about the value for my vehicle. The in house warranty they gave I found great as it has no hassle of dealing with 3rd party warranty companies. Simple straightforward company to deal with. Nice friendly people

Fantastic and easy to deal with. I went to purchase my Ford Fiesta. Form the start the guys at westbrook car sales were great, being a first time buyer I was bit nervous but they were great with the service they gave. There was no pushy sales they gave me ample time to think about it and then I came back the next day to purchase the car.
I am really happy how the car is even though it’s quite cheap. No issues so thank you westbrook.

We purchased a land rover from Westbrook car sales. When we arrived we were given the keys, and were left alone to do what we wanted to.
We left a deposit as we agreed for a new mot, service. We were very happy with the level of service received. Everything agreed was done.
They have been fantastic. We would definitely recommend Westbrook car sales.

I brought my car with two barely legal back tyres (no discount given).
It was advertised as having a full mot (only had 4 months) and comes with a warrenty!
I had the car for only 3 days when the turbo seized up. Contacted them and they said they would replace on warranty however I had to fork out £100 to have the car taken and brought back to them!
I was informed that all new parts would be installed and the fault rectified and I requested all old parts and receipts and gaurauntee for work done. These never came back with the car and when I contacted to find out why I never got a reply. They had my car for 5 whole days may I add also. I took the car to my local mechanic who informed me that the turbo wasn't new but reconditioned!
I contacted again to advise I would be coming back to collect my gaurauntee after christmas and all I got was "ok".
A week after the turbo problem I then had fuel injector problems. I contacted again and yes you guessed it no response.
I had my mechanic rectify the problem and I will be taking a trip back to them very soon to claim back my money I have lost through rectifying the issue plus the £100 for towing and I will also be getting money back as the car wasn't roadworthy or as stated in the advertisement when I purchased it.
I should of walked away when I first went their as a couple had just picked their new car up only to return 10 minutes later with a fault on theirs.
My advice is stay well away. They do not do nothing with the cars when they come in other than give them a quick wash and hoover!
And westbrook car sales , I will be back to get what's owed!

We would highly recommend Westbrook Car Sales. They were very easy to deal with. We purchased our vw polo. It was priced very fair and the service was great. Easy and simple to deal with. 👍🏻
