We have used these guys twice now, the first a local move and recently a huge move from Cornwall to Wexford in Ireland. This was not just a house move but workshop along with four classic vehicles. Bradley and his team were amazing taking away all the stress moving brings. Bradley took care of all the paperwork involved with moving to another country . These lads go over and above and would recommend them to anyone.

We have used West Cornwall Removals twice now, moving locally from Falmouth to Penzance 2 years ago and this month moving from West Cornwall to North East Scotland. From initial quote to unloading all of our belongings the communication has been both timely and friendly. Our experience of West Cornwall Removals was extremely satisfactory.
The team of Brad, Ryan and Jordan arrived at the promised time and made every effort to ensure that all our goods were loaded carefully and efficiently all done in good humour and spirit.
We moved from Cornwall to Suffolk- 400+ miles.
Unloading was done efficiently despite the large number of smaller boxes that we had self packed including garden plants and tubs.
Our classic car was taken on a trailer and collected and delivered within the promised time windows.
All in all a difficult move was completed to our full satisfaction.

From the very start, Tyler was positive and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble; and on the days themselves, he organised his friendly, efficient and professional team so that the move was done with good humour and minimal stress.
He even arranged for the transport of our 3 dogs, with the excellent Viv Wills who took exceptional care throughout.

A small move within a village. The 3 Guys were prompt and literally moved everything from one house to another in 3 and a half hours. Lots of leg work involved too, but they were superb.

From start to finish Bradley and Tyler we amazing! We exchanged and completed last minute and they were ready whenever we were. Nothing was too much trouble. Tyler and his team arrived having drove half way up the country and had our old home packed up within 4 hours. They were so efficient and professional. The following day they were ready at our new home with some more of their team to unload and get us unpacked. They delivered everything in the correct room and there was no damage to anything.

They really are the best removals around! If we were ever to move again, we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our belongings, we would recommend the 100%.

West Cornwall removers were brilliant picking up our personal possessions from store in Southern Spain and delivering safely to our home in Cornwall. Some of the items we put into store were obviously not wrapped well enough by us, the team that collected these items put extra packaging and blanket protection around them, labelled and itemised them. Everything was delivered expertly, professionally and in perfect condition. Including glass, mirrors, artwork and an antique chair. Highly recommend West Cornwall Removals and their partners.

Friendly and helpful on the phone, the company were happy to deliver extra boxes before the day. On the day,a two man crew and me on a 455 mile removal. A long day (including a few hold-ups) meant we arrived later than expected. Throughout Peter and Mark were unfailingly friendly, kind, helpful, very careful of my belongings, and always considerate of me and my comfort. Utterly professional at all times, they made my move a joy. We laughed, discussed, and even did a bit of famous buildings spotting with history thrown in. I got much more than my monies worth with this company. Outstanding.

We were keen to use West Cornwall Removals as soon as I discovered them… and no regrets! They seemed genuine, friendly and professional from the outset. Communication was always prompt, reassuring and helpful. Not least of all they were tolerant and flexible, quickly coming up with solutions when we had challenges - we had a lot of stuff, and some serious snow to deal with! They’re so experienced and competent, handling the admin/customs elements - it really inspired confidence and removed a lot of stress. On moving day they were super efficient and careful. West Cornwall removals were able to loan us boxes free of charge & dropped two bundles off in the weeks before the move. Their quote was half as much as their nearest competitor.
Two lorries with four strong, polite, motivated, experienced, removal men arrived at 8am, & carried on working right up to 7pm when everything from our 5 bedroomed house had been moved to our new house eight miles away. We had packed everything ourselves & labeled each item clearly so they knew exactly where they had to go. One of us stayed at the old house & the other at the new house to ensure we were on hand with any queries.
They must have been exhausted as we had several flights of stairs at each end, but they never complained & rarely appeared to stop for a break. Amazing!
When certain items wouldn't easily go through doorways or up the stairs they made every effort to remedy the situation. They took legs off the settee, & a wardrobe door off & replaced them afterwards. They also moved a very heavy fridge which wasn't included in the original agreement, in the blink of an eye. No problem or request was too much.
We couldn't have been more pleased with the service they provided & would recommend them without hesitation.
