I contacted West Cornwall Removals to quote for our impending relocation to SW France. From the outset Bradley was nothing less than fantastic. He visited our home and reassured us from the outset that his company would handle everything and take away the stress!
Bradley very quickly came back with a price and comprehensive ‘check list’ including clear instructions on what we had to do to satisfy French Customs. I still felt very apprehensive but didn’t need to! Our relocation ran like clockwork. All of our possessions were put in their storage facility for 2 weeks since our Cornish sale completed 2 weeks after our French purchase. We drove to our new home and Bradley along with Dylan (who was also fantastic) transported all of our worldly goods a couple of weeks later. This was no mean feat - being a 18 ton lorry and a 16 ft trailer unit!!!! The whole village came out when they pulled up in the main square at 9am (right on time) in 35c heat (increasing to 43c by 4pm!!!).
All in all, the move could not have gone smoother! The ‘boys’ even transported my GS1250 motorbike which was the icing on the cake.
I cannot recommend WCR any higher. They were superb from start to finish. Bradley is very knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with EU Customs and took away all of the stress of our move.

A professional and helpful service from start to finish. The quotation was reasonable and it was good to have the reassurance of a BAR registered company. We opted to have our things packed by the company and they did well - wrapped and packed speedily and safely, nothing broken. As well as general household items, we had heavy workshop machinery which was transported and put into position for us in our new home - a real bonus. We highly recommend Bradley and his team.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. Moving house is a stressful business but a few minutes after they arrived to pick up I just knew we were in safe hands and relaxed. And Graham, Mark and Wayne were superb as were the other guys. Nothing was too much for them. They were so helpful, so kind, so courteous, so professional. They made the whole thing so easy for us, didn't mind at all if we kept changing our minds about where things should go, were very good-humoured and 100 per cent careful with all our possessions. It may sound daft but I actually enjoyed the experience when normally I'd just want it to be all over! I gather they do removals all over the world. Terrific service, very good value, 100 per cent reliability. Thank you Bradley and all the team. We are so grateful. Amazing!

We highly recommend West Cornwall Removals!! They have done an outstanding job of moving us from Switzerland to the UK. Including arranging a 4x4 relay vehicle to go up and down the Mountain we lived on to fill the removal van. Unbelievably helpful, flexible and great at communicating throughout the entire process. Thank you Bradley and your team (and Dad) for bringing back our furniture and belongings from Austria safe and sound to St.Austell. We wondered if it would be possible but you sorted and arranged it all for us, including the import duty paperwork we were completely unaware of! Excellent service and all done with a smile on the guys faces. They moved my 85 year old dad from Cornwall to Lancashire and l can honestly say l do not think you will find a better company. All your belongings are treated with respect at all times be it an expensive bit of furniture or a stack of buckets from the garage. After a hard two days moving very heavy items they were still smiling when they left. I can not praise them and thank them enough and can honestly say they were a pleasure to do business with.
